Seeking approval of a VARIANCE from the provision of Schedule C. - Parking Space Size and Configuration of the Deerfield Beach Land Development Code to permit the width of five multifamily residential parking spaces to be eight feet one and half inches in lieu of the minimum nine foot width for compact parking spaces as required by Code. 2. Seeking approval of a VARIANCE from the provisions of Section 98-80(b)(2) of the Deerfield Beach Land Development Code to permit a one inch landscape buffer abutting the side property lines in lieu of the minimum five foot buffer as required by Code. Location: The property is described as LOT 13 and 20, BLOCK 6, of OCEAN VUE, and located at 501 NE 21st AVENUE. E.
