CASE NO. 28 Appellant: ALISIA GILMOUR Request: Seeking approval of a VARIANCE from the provision of Section 98-73(1) of the Land Development Code, to allow for an accessory structure (Chickee Hut) setback five feet from a waterfront lot line in lieu of the minimum fifteen feet as required by Code. Location: The property is described as LOT 5, BLOCK 70 OF THE COVE 5TH SECTION, and located at 915 SE 11th STREET. 2. CASE NO. 285 Appellant: BUCHTHAL LIVING TRUST Request: 1. Seeking approval of a VARIANCE from the provision of Schedule C. - Parking Space Size and Configuration of the Deerfield Beach Land Development Code to permit the width of five multifamily residential parking spaces to be eight feet one and half inches in lieu of the minimum nine foot width for compact parking spaces as required by Code. 2. Seeking approval of a VARIANCE from the provisions of Section 98-80(b)(2) of the Deerfield Beach Land Development Code to permit a one inch landscape buffer abutting the side property lines in lieu of the minimum five foot buffer as required by Code. Location: The property is described as LOT 13 and 20, BLOCK 6, of OCEAN VUE, and located at 501 NE 21st AVENUE. E. ADJOURNMENT Any party to a proceeding before the Special Master may appeal the decision of the Special Master by a writ of certiorari as provided by the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure. If a person decides to appeal any decision with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. Anyone desiring a verbatim transcript shall have the responsibility, at his/her own expense, to arrange for the presence at the hearing of a certified court reporter.
