Thanks to all who help with these events. I appreciate your dedication to the Knights and what we represent. We need to make it a priority to help with the collection of the non-perishable food items and monetary donations for the three organizations throughout Lent. Come to mass 15 to 30 minutes early the more, the easier on all of us. Don t forget to put the Saturday before Easter on your calendar for the Easter egg hunt for the little ones. Brother Marcus needs your help so come out and help. For Example Name Badges, Membership cards, not receiving s, etc. If you have been placed in disability and the past and have had your payment taking care of in the past, please reach out to me as you will not be placed on disability until your paperwork is submitted to Supreme. Please let me know if you have any questions or any type of financial difficulty that is not allowing you to pay your membership dues. The 2019 Memberships Dues are now past due as they were due on JANUARY 15TH. Please do your absolute best to pay your dues as soon as possible if you have not already. You have three different ways of paying your dues for your convenience: council events, you are eligible to receive a free Knights T- shirt paid by the council. If you have already attended the five qualifying events, please send me an with the events you attended. I will then research the events and order your free t- shirt. Qualifying event examples are Taco Sales, 40 cans events, Cornyval events, Cemetery landscaping, Riggs Road cleanup, Breakfast for Santa, etc. Please visit and familiarize yourself with our website. Again, please let me know if you have any questions or financial troubles. All matters of financial issues will be handled privately. We will need Brother Knights to be there to help lay the eggs and manage each age group of children. This year we will have a professional photographer taking Easter Bunny pictures with the children from 9:30 to 10:00 AM. Each family will receive a free print of the pictures. Marcus Garcia, Cell or

ITEMS FOR CORNYVAL 2019 The commitment of personnel to work on Thursday, May 2, 2019 At 9:00 a.m. at the PCC to load up supplies for transportation to the booth site. Don Rios will have his trailer on hand to transport the equipment to the grounds. Need a truck that can hook up and pull the trailer.

8 The commitment of personnel at 5:30 a.m. at the PCC on Saturday, May 4, to make breakfast tacos for the parade route??? drivers and gators Signup sheets will be available at the next two Wednesday meetings and at the TACO Breakfast on April 7 th Sign up personnel Saturday morning, May,4th (10:30) at the CORNYVAL site so we are ready to go when the CORNYVAL gates open at noon following the conclusion of the parade Personnel to sign up for Friday and Saturday nights (busiest times) Personnel to help with the breakdown Sunday night and on Monday morning after the CORNYVAL The Festival Association stated that no beer be brought onto the CORNYVAL grounds. They will randomly check the coolers in the booths to assure compliance. Violation of this directive will result in the organization being kicked out of CORNYVAL! Spouses and children are welcome, but the children must be 16 years of age to work in the booth NOTE: I need someone with a truck to escort me to the H-E-B on I-10 and Wurzbach to pick up the corn, drinks and other items on Wed. May 1 There will be shift sign-up sheets at the Knights of Columbus meeting, Apr 3.
