The public is invited to address agenda items, to place matters on the agenda directly related to school business, and submit items within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board of Trustees for future consideration. 3. Individuals addressing the Board shall be limited to five minutes each with no more than twenty minutes per topic. The Board of Trustees will take no action at this time but may refer the issue for further consideration. (Board Policy 9322/9323) 4. 3 b. PROPOSED APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR MEDIA SERVICES BETWEEN MERCED COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION AND THE WINTON SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR (NOT TO EXCEED $7,544.00). Approve the Agreement for Media Services between Merced County Office of Education and the Winton School District for the school year (not to exceed $7,544.00). Susan Ochoa, Member c. PROPOSED APPROVAL OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN MERCED COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY S OFFICE, THE MERCED COUNTY SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS, AND ALL MERCED COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICTS FOR THE EMPLOYMENT OF A COUNTY- WIDE TRUANCY OFFICER TO IMPLEMENT THE HERE TO LEARN PROGRAM EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2017 TO JUNE 30, Approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Merced County District Attorney s Office, the Merced County Superintendent of Schools, and all Merced County School Districts for the employment of a county-wide truancy officer to implement the Here to Learn Program effective July 1, 2017 to June 30, Susan Ochoa, Member d. PROPOSED APPROVAL OF TENTATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE WINTON SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE WINTON TEACHERS ASSOCIATION (WTA) BARGAINING UNIT TO INCLUDE AN INCREASE OF 4% ON THE AGREED UPON SALARY SCHEDULE, AND A 3% ONE-TIME OFF SCHEDULE BONUS EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2017 AND SHALL CONTINUE IN EFFECT TO AND INCLUDING JUNE 30, Approve tentative agreement between the Winton School District and the Winton Teachers Association (WTA) bargaining unit to include an increase of 4% on the agreed upon salary schedule, and a 3% one-time off schedule bonus effective July 1, 2017 and shall continue in effect to and including June 30, Susan Ochoa, Member f.
