Contract is anticipated to be awarded on May 12, CSBA Delegate Assembly Election, Region 20 (Santa Clara County) It is the recommendation of the Administration that the Governing Board vote for four (4) of the eight (8) candidates listed on the Official 2016 Delegate Assembly Ballot: Robert Benevento (Morgan Hill Unified SD), Frank Biehl (East Side Union HSD), Cynthia Chang (Los Gatos-Saratoga Jt.
