1 January 5, 2005 The City of Woodbury s 134th Reorganization Meeting was called to order by the Clerk/Administrator, Thomas B. Bowe, on Wednesday, January 5, 2005 at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at Woodbury City Hall, 33 Delaware Street, Woodbury, N.J.. The Invocation was given by Rev. Dr. Robert W. Ralph, Sr. Pastor, Kemble Memorial United Methodist Church. The City Clerk read the results of the General Election. Mayor Leslie Clark Administered the Oath of Office to President Riskie. President Riskie delivered his Annual Message. President Riskie appointed Council Committees. President Riskie introduced honored guests. RESOLUTIONS RESOLUTION # RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING MOTION FIXING TIME OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY FOR THE YEAR 2005 Councilwoman Brown presented the above-entitled resolution. On motion of Councilwoman Brown, seconded by Councilman Graziani, the resolution was adopted by a RESOLUTION # RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY FOR THE YEAR 2005 Councilman Graziani presented the above-entitled resolution. President Riskie asked everyone to keep Jane Yeiter and her family in their prayers.
