We don t want to damage any private property or have the driver getting off the truck so often that we are in that community longer than we have to be. I ve attached a few pictures as examples, The driver will tag carts and place them in the preferred location and I will be speaking with customs that call and when I m on site doing site checks. Any help in this effort to expedite the service in the Tiburon community will be appreciated. Once again simply moving the carts a foot or two away from any faucets posts or tress would be a big help. Any questions or concerns feel free to reach out to me. Thank you. The Fountain Valley Police ask that you call them and report sightings New Tiburon Webpage Powerstone Property Management can provide our community with a secure website, with the ability to send out community-wide s, pay monthly assessments, and contact management to request a work order. The board is considering closing in order to provide better, and more secure, communication to residents. Pool Furniture The new pool furniture has not been holding up to regular use. Please be careful when using the new furniture, and report broken furniture to jgrass@powerstonepm.com Pool Key Fobs New key fobs are available from the property manager. Thank you to Robin Larzelere and Kathy Haas for helping keep our key fob system effective. If you have an old fob that does not work, it can be turned in for a new fob at no cost. Only one fob per address. If you do not have an old fob, please bring a check for $50 to obtain a new fob. LOST/FOUND: No new items from June. 2 Earthquake Insurance Legal counsel for the Association has confirmed that the FVHOA need not carry earthquake insurance on any common area clubhouse, pool, restroom, or fence. The FVHOA is not required to have earthquake insurance for residences or garages. Since this is an individual, personal decision, the best source of information for a Tiburon home owner would be their insurance carrier, for their town home. Balcony Repair Project The Association would like to make sure resident s questions are answered before work starts. Please contact Tim Peckham, , with any concerns or questions about the balcony work to be done on your town home. Best Balcony Tips: Please do not put nails or screws into the wood on any guardrail or balcony beams. Please do sweep the balcony monthly, and do not leave any items on top the wood decking. The Phase II Balcony Re-builds will be starting soon. Sample questions ask about your preference for adding parking in the alley, adding parking to the green belt in front of the Kings Canyon Clubhouse, the green belt next to the Antelope River Pool, or requiring everyone to have space for two cars in their garage. RV spaces currently, the RV spaces are rented for $50 a month. The rate for Storage Place and Public Storage is $139 a month. The Parking Solutions Committee is looking for comments from the membership to consider RV spaces, and the rental process. Notice of the Board Meeting was provided at least 4 days prior to the meeting. If there is no waiting list for recreational vehicles, then the space may be rented for a car or oversized work truck, with Board of Directors approval. The rent is $50.00 per month.
