3 6) UHHSA Committee Reports 6.1 Pub : UH Manoa Bar has issues 6.2 Library final survey draft, he will be tabling handing out jump drive for complete survey, 3 grand prizes. Will need help for tabling Sustainability Had a meeting with HELCO, had some good talk about the earth day fair, a upper parking lot, making map of all the dumpsters. 5-6 meeting for Zero waste, please bring a pupu, its going to be at the UHHSA office. 7) Unfinished Business Advisor Job Description CoBE Senator Ruggles: HR approved job description and working with VCSA to get two forms signed and Ellen asked to be CCed Why Not in By laws? Advisor Kusano had given wrong information hence why Jen went to HR alone. Advisor Kusano will check with who HR to see if job description approved. 8) New Business 8.1- Senate Bill 14-15:037 Battle of the Bands $2700 for food and supplies Motion: CoP Senator Jose Passed Ad Hoc Earth Fair Motion: SAL Cajandig : the started both Uh and HawCC faculty and staff, She want to bring the two campus together in the effort for the earth day. Have members of the trash waste. SAL Cajandig Chair, Exec Senator Boranian and SAL Shouse members. Second: SAL Shouse Passed 8.3- Senate Bill 14-15:040 Earth Day Will UHHSA provide funding for T-shirts volunteers for the earth fair Motion: SAL Cajandig Second: SAL Shouse Advisor Kusano: what is the funding support from HawCC

4 SAL Cajandig: unsure at this time but I m aware that the HAwCC student government will be providing some funding. President Alles: What is UHHSA contributing as a cosponsor SAL Cajandig- Not sure yet Passed 8.4 Senate Bill 14-15:039 NASA Competition Robotics Club Motion: VP Saarinen Group: They are fund raising to get travel to the event, they have contacted other CSO for involvement Advisor Kusano: concern about time frame can it make the due date. Group: end of feb late march, most of the items can be bought online on Amazon. Advior Kusano: Is a judge and supports the team, he has been a judge at the contest CAS Senator Ziegler: is this a RISO, and can we be listed as a sponsor. -Robotics agreed that we can put an UHHSA sticker on the robot Passed 8.5 Senate Bill 14-15:038 PLS Etiquette Dinner $4000 Motion: CoP Senator Jose Ellen are the students going to be charged Group: $35 for the ticket but the cost is around $45 Sal: How much did you get form SAC Group:$2000 from SAC CoBE Senator : What is the consultant for?
