Mark, Adam and Meredith were involved in the recent decision of Altman Contractors v. Crum and Forster in which the Florida Supreme Court addressed whether a notice issued pursuant to Florida s presuit construction defect statute constitutes a suit for purposes of a Commercial General Liability Policy, thereby giving rise to a duty to defend.
