ADDRESS BY REPRESENTATIVE WHITE The chair recognized Representative White who addressed the house, speaking as follows: I just want to take some time today and congratulate an outstanding group of athletes back in my district. Over the weekend, the Silsbee High School Tigers won the UILi4Aiboys basketball state championship in San Antonio. With a deficit at halftime, the Silsbee Tigers regrouped and came back strong in order to capture their first state championship. This team has worked hard to earn the distinguished title. Coach Joe Sigler, my friend I worked with him when I was at Livingston High School he has done an outstanding job coaching these young athletes at Silsbee High School. I would also like to give a shout out to Braelon Bush, Willie Jones, and Jordyn Adams for being chosen as part of the 4AiAll-Tournament
