DENNIS WHEELER, Municipal Attorney, spoke. to enter closed session to discuss the Municipality of Anchorage exposure, strategy, and status in pending litigation cases and liability claims, all of which if immediately disclosed would clearly adversely affect the finances of the Municipality The Anchorage Assembly went into executive session at 8:13 p.m. and returned to the Regular Assembly Meeting of October 25, 2011 at 8:53 p.m. that the tapes of the Executive Session remain in confidence until all the cases were litigated and settled. 18.
