Based on review by the Body, Chair Dunbar ruled that Assembly Member Demboski did not have a conflict of interest. ADDENDUM TO AGENDA Amy Demboski seconded, to incorporate the Addendum items 9.A.1. and 9.F.11. into the Agenda 9. CONSENT AGENDA to approve the Consent Agenda with the exception of items 9.A.1., 9.D.8., 9.D.10., 9.F.1., and 9.F.5. which were pulled for further discussion and separate vote
