Roll call showed the following members present: Invocation was given by Jamie Heinzerling, Clerk. minutes from the March 13, 2012, Boise City Council Work Session Meeting be approved. YEAS: EBERLE, JORDAN, MCLEAN, QUINTANA and THOMSON. ABSTAIN: CLEGG. minutes from the March 13, 2012, Boise City Council Meeting be approved. Mayor BIETER announced that this was the time and place set for Citizen Commendation. Dennis Doan, Boise Fire Chief, Mayor David Bieter and Council presented Citizen Commendation to Nathan Kennedy, Kelly Stogden, Joe Burgess and Jordan Brinkerhoff for working together to notify firefighters and help a woman out of a smoke-filled apartment. Boise City Checks No thru in the total amount of $2,627, as of March 14, 2012 be approved.
2 176 The Bid Results for RFP ; Structural Plan Check Services, Planning and Development Services were before Mayor and Council as enumerated in staff report dated March RECOMMENDATION: The Department of Finance and Administration Division concurs with Planning and Development Services in recommending that RFP ; Structural Plan Check Services be awarded to the best qualified/highest ranked proposers with significant local preference, CH2M HILL (A), Stapley Engineering (B) and AHJ Engineers (C), in a total amount not to exceed $20,000 per firm. recommendations be followed and is awarded to CH2M HILL (A), Stapley Engineering (B) and AHJ Engineers (C), in a total amount not to exceed $20,000 per firm, subject to compliance with bonding and insurance requirements. The Bid Results for F/B ; Ann Morrison Park Greenbelt Renovations 2012, Parks and Recreation Department were before Mayor and Council as enumerated in staff report dated March 1, RECOMMENDATION: The Department of Finance and Administration Division concurs with Parks and Recreation Department in recommending that F/B ; Ann Morrison Park Greenbelt Renovations 2012 be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder with significant local preference, Guho Corporation, in a total amount not to exceed $247, recommendations be followed and the bid be awarded to Guho Corporation in the total contract amount of $247,500.15, subject to compliance with bonding and insurance requirements.
3 177 MARACH 20, 2012 Authorization to Procure CP ; Financial and Technical Professional Services from State Contract SBPO 1355 were before Mayor and Council as enumerated in staff report dated March 6, RECOMMENDATION: The Department of Finance and Administration Division concurs with Information Technology Department in recommending that CP ; Financial and Technical Professional Services is awarded to, Experis, in a total amount not to exceed $100,000. recommendations be followed and is awarded to Experis in the total contract amount of $100,000. Sole Source, SS ; Financial Strategic Advisor to the ERP Project were before Mayor and Council as enumerated in staff report dated March 2, RECOMMENDATION: The Department of Finance and Administration Division concurs with Department of Finance and Administration in recommending that Sole Source, SS ; Financial Strategic Advisor to the ERP Project be declared to, Nick Pealy, not to exceed $105,000. recommendations be followed and Sole Source, SS ; Financial Strategic Advisor be declared to Nick Pealy in the total contract amount of $105,000.
