2 OPENING REMARKS BY THE DISTRICT GOVERNOR DG Eddie Risha (Conroe Noon) remarked on the accomplishments of the Clubs in the District over the past year. DG Eddie Risha reminded the members that there is still time to make up the loss in members. He informed the Cabinet that the Vietnamese Lions Club recently added 19 new Lions to their membership. Soon, the Club is expected to add an additional 25. At the close of his opening remarks, DG Eddie declared that all Lions should be proud of their accomplishments over the past year.
