1 January 19, 2018 Emily Gale The January meeting of the Tudor Hall 4-H club was on 19 th at the St. Mary s County Fairgrounds. The 4-Hers participated in Sock Cupcake Valentine s for Nursing Home and making of red newborn knit hats for St. Mary s Hospital for American Heart Association. Members also brought in donations for WARM with collecting of adult hats, scarves and gloves. J. Thomas Gale demonstrated how to make a recorder out of PVC pipe and Emily Gale demonstrated how to do loom knitting. Under old Business, the members and families discussed the changes to the 4-H record books for this year, the beef weigh ins, the SMADC lambing and kidding workshop, the Quarter auction, the Christmas party, the wreaths across America, the livestock judging practices, the officer s training, the ear tag ordering deadline and the 4-h state winter camp. Under New business, the members and families discussed the upcoming St. Mary s County 4-H banquet in March, Prigels Family Creamery Tour on Feb 17 th. Next meeting is on Feb 16 th at the St. Mary s Fairgrounds at 6:30pm. Please remember to register and pay on-line or pay $10 membership fee. All 4-Her s 8-18 years old on January 1 st. We will be collecting non-perishable food/hygiene items for helping hands and Tidewater Vet Hospital will have one of their Doctors come to discuss parasites. Thank you for bringing snacks to Ethan, Sarah and Joe Beale for bringing snacks. Thank you for bringing drinks to Trent and Delia Vallandingham.
2 February 18, 2018 Emily Gale The February meeting of the Tudor Hall 4-H was on February 18, 2018 at the St. Mary s County Fairgrounds. The before meeting activities were Dr. Willis speaking about parasites in popular species of animals. The 4-Hers who completed the Diamond Clover turned in their forms. The 4-Hers participated in collecting non-perishable food items for Helping Hands. Under old business, the members and families discussed the Livestock Skillathon Practices, the Small Ruminant Webinar, the AHA Little Hats Big Hearts Campaign, the Prigels Family Creamery Field Trip, Dr. Radebaugh talking about Swine Flu, the 2018 Beef Short Course, the Diamond Clover Forms, and the 4-H Banquet Centerpiece Fundraiser. Under new business, the members and families discussed the Leaders meeting, Volunteer hours, Livestock Skillathon Practices, the St. Mary s County Livestock Skillathon, the Farm Bureau Fundraiser, Upcoming camps, and the St. Mary s County soup kitchen volunteer times. Thank you to Kyle Russell for bringing the snacks. Next time snack will be brought in by Tabor Absher. Thank you to drinks the Anderson family. Next time drinks will be the Van Ryswick family.

10 November 2, 2087 Emily Gale The November Tudor Hall 4-H meeting was called to order at 7:51pm on November 2, Emily Gale, Thomas Gale, Jessica and Austin Graves, Phoebe Tate Anderson, and Sophie Anderson all had demonstrations for this meeting. We discussed the 4H jackets and our plan for the December Meeting. We also discussed the rescue quad gift basket and the Belvedere Plantation Trip On Nov 3. We had our officer nominations. We discussed our Secret Santa Gift exchange and the volunteer hours. The next meeting is on December 7, Our meeting was adjourned at 9:21pm.
11 December 7, 2018 Emily Gale The December Meeting of the Tudor Hall 4-H Club was adjourned at 6:25 pm. The before meeting activities were eating the Christmas party dinner. Then we held the Secret Santa Gift exchange. Afterwards Hannah Wathen led the Pledge of Allegiance and Sarah Beale led the 4-H pledge. The roll call question was what is our favorite Christmas song. Savanna Tucker did two demonstrations on how to show a meat goat and how to trim goat hooves.we talked about the countywide rollerskating social that is this month. WE also talked about collecting non-perishable food for helping hands. For new business we talked about the 4H jackets. Don t forget that the Vet Science day at the Charles County fairgrounds is on Monday, January 21st. We then had the Officer Elections. Sophie Anderson is the Tudor Hall 4-H club 2019 president. Sarah Beale is the Vice President and Emily Gale is Secretary. Thomas Gale is the Treasurer and Phoebe-Tate Anderson is the Reporter. Megan Van Cleaf is the Historian and W. Anderson is the Sargent of Arms.
