Increase 4-H articiation for fundraising through social media community resence and romotional/marketing activities. 3. Mark would be interested in continuing on the scholarshi committee even after he is off brd. Revam the scholarshi alications. Will add to agenda Office will be closed Friday, office meeting. 4 cty area mtg. New flag stands will be urchased. 6. Treasurer s Reort a. Restricted Funds b. Tax Prearation (donation income/exense to endowment) We may need to ay someone to do our taxes next year. The donation income may ut us in other tax forms. c. Corrected March reort resented by Jill. Jill will set u new/revised Quickbooks in July for new fiscal year. d. Journal created for every roject acct in google docs. Will set u by July 1, e. Restricted rojects, should they send their budget money 1 st or their fundraising $ 1 st? Reminder that moolah reorts must go to the office! Must be signed by authorized user. Motion made by Jen Crowley to review moolah reort rocess, rocedure and guidelines.. To be resented at all cty mtg, mandatory for roject leaders, discuss and educate. Gerry seconded. Passed. Add to July agenda. Anyone who is authorized to submit moolah reorts should attend all county meeting. Linda Messer made a motion to buy $700 in debit cards for Cam exenses to be released to Jesse Pier. Receits must be turned in. There may be a small fee for urchasing the cards. Julie A. Zillow seconded. Passed. 7. Fundraising Reorts (as needed) Standing Committees include: a. Basket Raffle: submit week before and labeled w/ contents b. Breakfast at the Fair: coming along $750 in donations c. Dier: filing food ermit, vendor request to fair brd done in time? Asked Scott to do this. Waffle Maker/hot sot w/ state olicies: Will use extension office hotsot at fair. Herb continues to work on. Have not bought a safe yet. Motion made to buy 2 double waffle

3 makers, not to exceed $ in total cost, by Gerry Marks. Second by Kay. Nay by Herb. Motion assed. d. Endowment meeting: Fund total: $ , raise awareness will sonsor a committee, committee ersonal funds, school suly theme. Next meeting, Jim Barthel add to agenda. Talked about discreancy about when health aers need to be dated. Luncheon where? Committee for oints will be reviewed. State rules changed for the scale. Still working on that. b. Fair Board Reort Steve Eichman reorted, introduced Stehanie Beck, Fairest of the fair, Where will the dog show go? Barn E is being reurosed. Generac work icnic. Pig rules still terminal. Suerintendent are confirmed almost all. Racetrack eole want to do food in the stands and will be outside this year and will do their own food in exo building. 11.
