9 A RESOLUTION APPROVING SETTLEMENT OF THE LAWSUIT OF BARBARA ANN LEWIS v. CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT, MIDDLE DISTRICT OF FLORIDA, CASE NO. 8:14-cv T-27TGW; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of St. Petersburg, Florida, that the settlement by and between the City of St. Petersburg and Plaintiff, Barbara Ann Lewis in the case of Barbara Ann Lewis v. City of St. Petersburg, Case No. 8:14-cv-2547-T-27TGW, in the amount of $38, is approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administration and the City Attorney' s Office are authorized to execute the necessary paperwork and pay the funds in accordance with such settlement. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. Approved as to Form and Content: City Attorney (designee)
