During his submission Mr. Miceli submitted an from Pina Corigliano and Len Chiella, owners of 29 Siderno Crescent, removing their names from the letter of opposition submitted on March 29, Discussions took place between Mr. Miceli and the Committee. Mr. Camillo Casciato, 219 Siderno Crescent, Woodbridge, ON L4L 9M8, appeared in opposition and submitted a complete request for decision form. No one else appeared before the Committee in support of or in opposition to the request. On March 29, 2016, a letter in objection to the was received from Fabian Papa, of Fabian Papa & Partners, 216 Chrislea Road Suite 204, Vaughan, ON L4L 8S5, who represented the neighbours and homeowners at 29, 35 and 219 Siderno Crescent. Mr. Papa, submitted a request for decision form and stated that he no longer represents the homeowners from 29 Siderno Crescent. Discussions took place between Mr. Miceli, Mr. Casciato and the Committee. It was suggested and agreed to adjourn the application to have a City inspector do a site visit to confirm the grading and cabana s height. MOVED by M. Mauti Seconded by J. John Cummings, 116 Julia Valentina Avenue, Woodbridge, ON L4H 1Z1, submitted a request for decision form and spoke in opposition to the request. No one else appeared before the Committee in support of or in opposition to the request. Discussion took place between Mr. and Mrs. Arlotta, Mr. Suppa Mr. Cummings, Building and Planning Staff and the Committee. It was suggested and agreed STAND DOWN the application to later in the agenda to allow the applicant the opportunity to discuss the application and any possible compromises with the neighbours. Seconded by J. Cesario THAT Application No. A133/16, SONIA ARLOTTA, be STOOD DOWN, to later on the agenda, to allow time for the applicant and their neighbours to discuss the application and any possible compromises. It should be noted that M. Mauti left the meeting at 6:54pm and did not return. Item # 18 FILE NUMBER: A134/16 CHANDRAKANTH SIVAPRAGASAM Part of Lot 20, Concession 6 (Lot 122 of Registered Plan 65M3646) municipally known as 46 Mediterra Drive, Woodbridge. The subject lands are zoned RV4, Residential Urban Village Zone 4 and subject to the provisions of Exception 9(1146) under By-law 1-88 as amended. To permit the maintenance of an existing shed and air conditioning unit. 1. To permit a minimum rear yard setback of 0.4 metres to an accessory building (shed). 2. To permit a minimum interior side yard setback of 0.45 metres to an accessory building (shed). 3. To permit a minimum interior side yard setback of 0.6 metres to an a/c unit. 1. CHANDRAKANTH SIVAPRAGASAM, the applicant appeared on his own behalf and submitted a letter with printed photos in response to his neighbours objection letter. Sabrina Simone, 45 Via Toscana, Woodbridge, ON L4H 3V5, appeared in opposition to the request. Ms. Simone made a lengthy submission, submitted a request for decision form and a petition in opposition signed by the following people: Sabrina and Daniel Simone, 45 Via Toscana, Woodbridge, ON, L4H 3V5; Vincy and Terence Yang, 43 Via Toscana, Woodbridge, ON, L4H 3V5; David and Theresa Isabello, 49 Via Toscana, Woodbridge, L4H 3V5; and Manivasagam Selvaraj, 37 Via Toscana, Woodbridge, ON, L4H 3V5. Tony Darte, 48 Mediterra Drive, Woodbridge, ON, L4H 3B7, appeared in support but did not submit a request for decision. No one else appeared before the Committee in support of or in opposition to the request. On April 4, 2016, a letter of objection was received from David Isabello, 49, Via Toscana, Woodbridge. 11 Item 18 FILE NUMBER: A134/16 CHANDRAKANTH SIVAPRAGASAM Discussions took place between Mr. Sivapragasam, Ms. Simone, Mr. Darte and the Committee. It was suggested and agreed to adjourn the application to allow time for the applicant to meet with the neighbour (45 Toscana) to discuss a compromise and to have a City Engineering Inspector to do a site visit to verify there are no grading or drainage issues. Any revised proposals are to be submitted to the Committee of Adjustment Staff to be circulated to Planning and Engineering Departments for their review. MOVED by J. Cesario Seconded by A. Perrella THAT Application No. A134/16, CHANDRAKANTH SIVAPRAGASAM, be ADJOURNED to the May 5, 2016 meeting. Item 17 FILE NUMBER: A133/16 SONIA ARLOTTA Mr. and Mrs. Arlotta returned and told the Committee that they were willing to remove the covered porch and reduce the height of the cabana to 3.406m. Seconded by J. Cesario THAT Application No. A133/16, SONIA ARLOTTA, be APPROVED, in accordance with the sketches attached and subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant submits the variance application fee of $ payable to the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, if required, to the satisfaction of the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority. 2. The applicant successfully obtains a permit pursuant to Ontario Regulation 166/06 from the TRCA for the proposed fireplace structure, if required, to the satisfaction of the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority. 3. The maximum height of the cabana shall be 3.406m. 4. That if the condition(s) listed above is/are not fulfilled and the Building Permit is not applied for within twelve (12) months of the date this decision becomes final and binding, the said decision shall expire and shall be deemed to have been annulled and rescinded by the Committee. To permit the continued construction of a two-storey addition to the existing industrial building under construction. 1. To permit a minimum of 279 parking spaces. 2.
