As part of the Boards and Commissions process, Council agreed to discuss the applications received at a Study Session after Applicant interviews had been concluded. A summary of openings and a list of applicants for each Board is attached for Council s reference. The chart below shows the number of vacancies to be filled for each Board and the number of applications received. On March 8, 2011, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 1935, renaming the Land Use Review Commission to the Planning and Zoning Commission, eliminating the Building and Construction Review Board and the Zoning Board of Adjustment, and amending certain sections of the Broomfield Municipal Code. On February 8, 2011, the City Council adopted Resolution No , reducing the size of the Health and Human Services Advisory Committee and providing for staggered terms.
