13 CITY OF SPARTA PUBLIC SAFETY MINUTES December 7, 2015 PRESENT: Jim Church, Kevin Brueggeman, Alli Karrels, Josh Lydon, Ed Lukasek ABSENT: None ALSO PRESENT: Todd Fahning, Mark Sund, Ted Radde, Emilee Nottestad, Karen Robertson Chairman Jim Church called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m A motion was made by Josh Lydon and seconded by Kevin Brueggeman to approve the consent agenda consisting of the minutes of the November 2, 2015 meeting and the Police Department's monthly reports for October and bills, Motion carried 5-0. Upon proper payment of any fees, the following new or renewal bartender license application were approved on a motion by Alli Karrels and seconded by Josh Lydon. Motion carried 5-0, Brytne Rodebough Karen Robertson Tonya Sagler Jon Knibbs A motion was made by Josh Lydon and seconded by Alli Karrels to approve the Class "8" Beer and Class "C" Wine licenses for Gzim lmeri, dba Sunrise Family Restaurant located at 4105 Theater Road. Motion carried 5-0. A motion was made byjosh Lydon and seconded by Kevin Brueggeman to approve the Secondhand Article Dealer [icense for Dennis Kremer dba Big Rooster Firearms located at 105 N. Water Street, Motion carried 5-0. Item # 6 was taken off the agenda and not discussed There were no items mentioned for future consideration A motion was made by Josh Lydon and seconded by Alli Karrels to adjourn at 5:33 p.m. Motion carried 5-0.
