THE INAUGURATION OF DONALD TRAMP ENDED THE EPOCH OF SUBMISSIONAL LEADERS Vladimir Krylov Probably, politicians are the few from the terrestrial creations ready to spend energy and to risk for the sake of a high rank not only because of advantages of material character which can be connected to them but also for the psychological reasons. V.Sakrus ABSTRACT The election of the US president has brought the line under the total dominance of subordinate political leaders. The world entered a new era. Therefore, the intelligence community has a special responsibility. It should give an accurate and objective assessment of changes in the political process. From the assessments of the intelligence community depends on making accurate decisions to manage events inside the US and in the world. Keywords: submissive political leader, non-verbal behavior, political system, transformation Donald Trump officially took office as President of the United States on January 21, During the inauguration, riots broke out against his assumption of office. Part of the protesters blocked the passages to the venue of the ceremony. Opponents of the legally elected president in masks walked through the city. They smashed the windows and turned the garbage cans. Black and sexual minorities took an active part in the protests. They represented the main electorate of the defeated Hilary Clinton. (Trans community, 2017) The next day, a march of women was held in Washington against the inauguration. Protesters were dressed in pink hats and vagina costumes. Women's marches with the same slogans were held in sixty countries of the world. The establishment of the US massively supported the protest marches. Even members of the Republican Party join the protesters. A very similar picture was observed when Vladimir Putin entered office in The slogans of protesters in Washington almost coincided with the slogans in Moscow. Then and now the initiators of the protests were those who refer themselves to freedom-loving liberals. In the avalanche of analysts, there are many mutually exclusive explanations for the reaction to the election results. We give two most typical explanations. The first can not even be called irrational. It's just fantastic. The results of the election were influenced by Russian hackers. They were personally given by Vladimir Putin. The author of this explanation is the head of the election company Hillary Clinton. (Rid T., 2016) The second type of explanation can be called rational. The explanation is reduced to the evaluation of the effectiveness of sociological surveys. At the beginning of elections, leading sociological centers predicted a confident victory for Hillary Clinton. Donald Trump won. Such a

result of the forecasts was explained by the fact that the supporters of Donald Trump for a long time did not participate in the elections. They avoided politics and did not trust the establishment. Polls were perceived as part of a hostile system and did not want to respond. Seeing their candidate in Donald Trump, they went to the polls. Polls did not record this category of voters. Sociologists worked exclusively with supporters of the current system. Campaign Hilary Clinton was built on the demonization of Donald Trump and his supporters. The threat in his person tried to additionally mobilize the electorate. Demonization has reached absolutely incredible forms. This affected the survey results. Therefore, the negative campaign of Hillary Clinton hit her herself. Social tension in the electoral campaign did not differ from social tension during the war. For example, tension and social protests during the Vietnam War. There is no analytical publication in the analysis of election results in the context of social confrontation. At the same time, the Committee on Opportunities in Basic Research in the Behavioral and Social Sciences for the U.S. Military prepared a fundamental report on the analysis of people's social behavior in the military context in the near and long term (Committee on Opportunities, 2008). The Committee recommended six analysis components to determine the possibility of timely impact on human behavior: intercultural competence; Groups in difficult situations; Non-verbal behavior; Emotions; And behavioral neurophysiology. None of the recommended components of the analysis have any publications. The purpose of this article is to present the theses of a preliminary qualitative analysis of the connection between nonverbal behavior and evolutionarily stable behavior strategies with the results of the election of US President Donald Trump. The common between the election of Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin is the self-evaluation of their opponents. They consider themselves freedom-loving defenders of liberal values. They reject another opinion. And they are ready to show violence in planting their values. It is important to emphasize that all protest marches accompanied primitive slogans and an explosion of emotions. They crossed the line of rational behavior. The outcome of the election of Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin is a consequence of the democratic structure of society. The term "democracy" is interpreted very broadly. In the context of the natural organization of social behavior, A. Somit (Somit A., 1997) showed that, a democratic social system is simply a way of specifically implementing the mechanisms of dominationsubordination. Depending on the position in the hierarchy, each member of society acquires a certain social rank. The higher the rank, the more benefits you can get. Ways to achieve a high social rank refer to evolutionary ancient strategies (Eibl - Eibesfeldt I., 1989, Mc Farland D., 1988). They are inherited as programs of adaptive behavior in a real social environment.

Consider the implementation of the strategy for achieving the dominant social position of various types of political leaders. Dominants with an inherited natural biological high rank have the primary advantage of becoming a leader in the social hierarchy. But low-ranking members of the community (subordinate or subordinate) have many opportunities to become a social leader (Krylov V.S., 2015). The inherited natural biological rank predetermines strategies for achieving and retaining a leading position. In most scenarios of social interaction, the key part is non-verbal behavior. It is quite definitely connected with speeches and programs of politicians (Krylov V.S., 2002). The ability to manage nonverbal behavior and influence the partner's responses are considered valuable social skills. The inferiority of nonverbal behavior can have negative consequences in personal and professional life (Krämer N.C., 2008). The behavior of political leaders should be based on the real structure of the complex of movements demonstrated in the interaction of people. Match the characteristics that define visual impressions. (Krämer N. C.) Consider how submissive leaders form among our close relatives of chimpanzees (Goodall Jane, 1986). Monkeys of chimps are afraid of loud and sharp sounds. A member of the flock named Mike with a low rank used this feature to achieve a dominant social position. He struck empty cans in front of himself and suddenly rushed with sighing sounds directly to the senior in rank. As a result, he won a high social rank. His rank, he maintained throughout the chimpanzee released active life. Observers created obstacles in maintaining a high status. We hid empty cans from it. He replaced them with other noise-producing items. The latter is very similar to the use by supporters of political leaders of flags, posters and other noisy and vivid attributes in the campaigning company. Supporters of the subordinate political leader imitate the behavior of their leaders. They use the noise techniques of the leader in the struggle for personal high social rank. Most of them have an innate ability to mimic. Therefore, there are so many actors among them. The information war, unfolded by the losers, is very similar to the use of a chimpanzee named Mike, noisy objects to raise his own rank. For example, the emotional reaction of the senators of both chambers of the US Congress was the same as the chimpanzee's reaction to the emergence of a new dominant in its community. The party that lost the election organized loud noisy rallies, obscene statements, blocking of streets, pogroms and so on. Posters, pink caps, vagina suits, loud statements about the beginning of the third world war and so on (Trans community, 2017, Women's March, 2017) were used as an "empty rumbling canister". The method of analyzing the video of behavior allows you to measure the natural rank on the scale of dominance-subordination of political leaders, individual participants in different rallies, and so on (Krylov V.S., 1999). As a result, one can compare their natural biological ranks with social

ranks. Policymakers with low natural rank are submissive politicians. The content of the term means a policy of absolutely subordinate and slave (Helemendik S., 2006). Based on the results of the analysis of video recordings of behavior, a natural rank was calculated according to the scale of domination and subordination of a number of political leaders (Krylov V.S., 2015): dominants of Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump; dominants of the second level Viktor Orban, Sergey Lavrov subordinates (subordinate) Barack Obama, François Hollande, John Kerry, Boris Johnson; Female dominant group with typical male behavior Hillary Clinton, Angela Merkel, Theresa May; subordinates in the "risk" group, with a possible change, depending on the circumstances of their own sexual orientation, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Bill Clinton. Hillary Clinton completed the era of domination of sub-mission leaders. The beginning of the era has a very definite date - the entry of Harry Truman into the post of US president. The Big Three of the anti-hitler coalition were dominated by Franklin Roosevelt and Joseph Stalin. Winston Churchill played in the troika exclusively subordinate role. A typical submarine political leader. The political system of Britain admits to the highest posts only subordinate politicians of men. Since the bureaucratic system needs a leader dependent on it. The real leaders of Franklin Roosevelt and Joseph Stalin have always found solutions to complex problems. They did not interfere with the small intrigues of the submissive Winston Churchill. A similar situation was observed in the USSR. The leader of the dominant Joseph Stalin was replaced by the subordinate Nikita Khrushchev. He was replaced by a group led by the subordinate Leonid Brezhnev. The first and last President of the USSR, Mikhail Gorbachev, is a vivid manifestation of the qualities of the subordinate personality at the top of the social pyramid of the totalitarian communist regime. In Russia, the era of subordinate leaders ended with drunken antics of Boris Yeltsin. He was replaced by the real dominant leader Vladimir Putin. Not all in the Russian establishment realized the arrival of a new era. Thus, one can speak not about individual manifestations of the leadership of subordinate politicians, such leaders often met in history, but about a holistic phenomenon. Harry Truman and Nikita Khrushchev are the submissive leaders who started the era of submissive democracy. Boris Yeltsin and Hilary Clinton completed it. Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump started a new cycle of dominant leaders. The inauguration of Donald Trump marked not only the end of the era of subordinate leaders in the United States. She summed up the total dominance of subordinate political leaders. The world entered a new era. Organized mass protests in different countries against the results of elections of

dominant leaders will lead to opposite results. Protesters in the United States in fact are against the necessary transformation of the entire political system. Political transformation is a nonlinear process. This means the most incredible development of events. Therefore, the intelligence community has a special responsibility. It should give an accurate and objective assessment of changes in the political process. From the assessments of the intelligence community depends on making accurate decisions to manage events inside the US and in the world.
