1 Visa Service Cameroon Business Visa STEP 1 Cameroon Business Visa Pack Checklist for Requirements Please send the following to GulfVisa s address: Passport. - must be valid for at least 6 months beyond entry date. - must have at least one blank visa page. Two recent passport-sized photos - must have a white background. Two fully completed and signed application form (complete, print and sign). - please refer to pages 3 & 4. An original business introduction letter from your UK company. - see page 5 for a template. A copy of the letter of invitation from your host company in Cameroon. - see page 6 for a template. - the host company must get this letter stamped (legalised) by the local Cameroon police. Your host must also send a legalised copy of their Cameroon National Identity Card or Residence Permit. A copy of the flight itinerary showing return flights. A copy of the hotel booking confirmation. A copy of your Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate. - please note you may be expected to present this certificate when entering Cameroon.
