2 INTRODUCTION WHAT ARE THE SAPIEN JACKPOT REWARDS? The Sapien Jackpot Rewards consists of six different rewards that will be distributed on a weekly basis to users on the platform. Each week, up to 17 users will win rewards from the pool of 12,200 SPN and one user will win free Sapien merchandise! WHAT ARE THE SPECIFIC REWARDS? WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY REWARDS? There is six different rewards each week. In the following slides we will go over each one in detail. Winners will be announced every Monday and staked SPN will be distributed the same day Post Of The Day (5 winners per week) Community Vote (5 winners per week) Top Comments (3 winners per week) Top SPN Post (1 winner per week) Social Shares (3 winners per week) Jackpot Reward (1 winner per week) CAN I WIN MORE THAN ONCE? Yes! You can win multiple awards per week but you can only win one reward in each category per week. For example, you can win the team vote, social share, and top SPN post in the same week, but, you cannot win the team vote twice in the same week.

3 JACKPOT REWARD #1 POST OF THE DAY: POST OF THE DAY One winner announced per day Monday - Friday 700 SPN per winner The best post on the platform per day selected by the team SPN Reward sent at the conclusion of the reward week along with the rest of the rewards A user can only win this reward once per week The winning post will be selected using a rubric that takes into account: Creativity Value Relevance Originality

4 COMMUNITY VOTE JACKPOT REWARD #2 COMMUNITY VOTE: Winners announced at the end of the rewards week 5 winners per week 700 SPN per winner The top five most upvoted posts determined by the community will win. A user can only win once per week In the case of a tie, users will split the reward. Users can track their upvotes using the leaderboard. These rewards are 100% determined by the community. Community members should upvote the posts they feel add value to the Sapien platform. Users are encouraged to share their posts across the internet to receive more upvotes and attention to their content.

5 TOP COMMENT JACKPOT REWARD #3 TOP COMMENTS: Winners announced at the end of the rewards week 3 winners per week 700 SPN per winner Determined by the team User can only win this reward once per week. The team will be looking for comments that: Drive the conversation forward Add additional value Generate attention from the community

6 TOP SPN POST JACKPOT REWARD #4 TOP SPN POST: Winner announced at the end of the rewards week. 1 winner per week. Reward: Free Sapien Shirt (Free Shipping) Determined by the team. This reward will go to the user who shares the best Sapien related post that week! The team will be looking for a post that: Educates the community about Sapien. Shares relevant news about Sapien. Highlights and explains key values and features of Sapien. Get creative! You can create this content via detailed report, infographic, video or short story.

7 TOP SOCIAL SHARE JACKPOT REWARD #5 TOP SOCIAL SHARE: Winners announced at the end of the rewards week 3 winners per week 700 SPN Per Winner Determined by the team based on quality This reward will be allocated to three users per week who share a link to their post on Sapien on a competitor social network. The user must copy the link to their post on Sapien and share on a competitor social network to win. The user will then copy the link to the post they shared on the competitor social network and submit that link to the community on Sapien called "Social Share". Winners will be selected via "Social Share".

8 THE JACKPOT REWARD JACKPOT REWARD #6 THE JACKPOT! Winner announced at the end of the week 1 Winner per week / 1,000 SPN The winner will be determined in "Jackpot" fashion. Every user who won a reward that rewards week will be eligible for the Jackpot! Every winner that week will be assigned a number, all the numbers will be uploaded to random.org. The random number generator will select one number and the user assigned to that number will win an additional 1,000 SPN. This process will be recorded on video and released weekly. If you win multiple awards that week, you will have multiple submissions into the Jackpot! Example: if you win a team vote and social share, you will have two numbers assigned to you in the Jackpot which increases your odds of winning!
