1 Coca-Cola /Quickie/ OTTAWA SENATORS * Contest Complete Contest Rules ( Contest Rules ) HOW TO ENTER NO PURCHASE NECESSARY 1. The Contest Entry Period begins on Monday, February 1, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. and ends on Friday, March 4, 2016 at 5:00 p.m., the contest close date ( Contest Close Date ). All times listed in these Contest Rules and in any Contest related materials refer to Eastern Standard Time. To be eligible to win a Prize (defined in section 3(c) below) in the Coca-Cola / Quickie/ OTTAWA SENATORS * Contest (the Contest ) entrants must enter the Contest using either of the two entry methods described below: (a) Pin Entry: Visit a participating Quickie Convenience Store location in the Ottawa, Ontario Region during the Contest Entry Period and purchase a minimum of one (1) 500 ml Coca- Cola Product in order to obtain an entry PIN (the PIN ) (found on a card to be provided at the time of purchase).. To enter the Contest, visit during the Contest Entry Period and complete and submit an online entry form, making sure to include the PIN. (b) No Purchase Entry: For a no purchase method of entry, write a minimum 50-word essay describing Your Favourite Sens Moment. Essays must be submitted along with a handdrawn ballot indicating Coca-Cola / Quickie / Ottawa Senators Contest and the following information: Entrant s full name, home address, home telephone number, and valid address. by mail or hand delivery to the attention of the Coca-Cola / Quickie / Ottawa Senators Contest c/o the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club, Canadian Tire Centre, 1000 Palladium Drive (Gate 2), Ottawa, Ontario, K2V 1A5. Any personal information submitted on an online entry form, hand-drawn ballot, or elsewhere, will be used for the purposes described in section 14 below. Limit one (1) entry per person per day regardless of method of entry. In the case of multiple entries, only the first entry will be considered. All entries must be received no later than the Contest Close Date.

2 PRIZES 3. (a) Secondary Prizes: There will be fifty-five (55) prizes (each a Secondary Prize, collectively, the Secondary Prizes ) awarded to Secondary Prize Winners in five (5) weekly random draws (as described in section 4(a) below). The Secondary Prizes are summarized in the chart below and the approximate retail value of each Secondary Prize is given including applicable taxes. The odds of winning a Secondary Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received prior to each Weekly Draw s deadline to enter (as described in section 4(a) below). The Grand Prize consists of: (i) one (1) hour of ice time at the Canadian Tire Centre for use by up to twenty (20) people. The Grand Prize must be used before December 31, Exact date and time to be selected from a list of available ice times provided by the Contest Sponsors in their sole discretion. The Grand Prize will include twenty (20) Ottawa Senators practice jerseys for participants (size and colour to be determined the Contest Sponsors) as well as music and announcements over the PA system provided by Canadian Tire Centre audiovisual staff. Each participant will be required to execute an on-ice activity release of liability before gaining access to the Canadian Tire Centre ice. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $ (CDN) including applicable taxes. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Entry Period. Each entrant will be eligible to win one (1) Secondary Prize and one (1) Grand Prize. (c) The Secondary Prizes and the Grand Prize shall each be generally referred to herein as a Prize and collectively referred to herein as the Prizes. Secondary Prize Winners and the

3 Grand Prize Winner shall each be generally referred to herein as a Winner and collectively referred to herein as the Winners. d) All costs and expenses not specifically described above as part of the Grand Prize, including without limitation: accommodation, meals and/or snacks, any alcoholic beverages, gratuities, insurance, personal expenses, taxes and transportation to and from Canadian Tire Centre, and parking costs are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guests. (e) Each Winner will be directed as to how to claim his/her Prize after he/she has been successfully contacted and notified of his/her Prize, has complied with these Contest Rules and has signed and returned the declaration and release described in section 12 below and any other documentation required by the Contest Sponsors in their sole discretion. Prizes will be delivered within a reasonable period of time. WINNER SELECTION 4. (a) Weekly Draws: On each of the draw dates (each a Weekly Draw Date, collectively the Weekly Draw Dates ), set out below at 11:00 a.m. at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, eleven (11) eligible entrants will be selected by random draw from all of the eligible entries received (includes both Pin Entries and No Purchase Entries) prior to the respective Weekly Draw Date s deadline to enter (as set out in the chart below) to become the potential Winners of eleven (11) of the Secondary Prizes (one (1) Secondary Prize per selected eligible entrant), subject to the terms and conditions herein. The pool of eligible entries for the Weekly Draws shall be cumulative. By way of example, any eligible entries not selected during Weekly Draw #1 (February 5, 2016), shall remain in the pool of eligible entries for Weekly Draw #2 (February 12, 2016), and if still not selected, Weekly Draw #3 (February 19, 2016), and so on. The Contest Sponsors will continue to add entries to the pool of eligible entries for the remaining Secondary Prizes provided such entries are received prior to the deadline to enter for Weekly Draw #5 (Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 11:59 p.m.). If an eligible entry is received after a Weekly Draw s deadline to enter, it will be added to the pool for the next Weekly Draw. GENERAL 5. In order to be eligible to win a Prize, selected eligible entrants must first correctly answer, without assistance or mechanical aid, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone, and otherwise comply with these Contest Rules. 6. (a) Secondary Prize Winner Notification: Eligible entrants selected in a Weekly Draw will be notified by telephone within forty-eight (48) hours of such Weekly Draw. If a selected eligible entrant cannot be contacted by telephone within such forty-eight (48) hour period or does not return the declaration and release (described in section 12 below) by the date indicated on the correspondence from the Contest Sponsors, such selected eligible entrant will be deemed to have disclaimed his/her right to be declared a Secondary Prize Winner and will forfeit his/her Secondary Prize. If such an event occurs, the Contest Sponsors will award the Secondary Prize to another selected eligible entrant. (b) Grand Prize Winner Notification: The eligible entrant selected in the Grand Prize Draw will be notified by telephone no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9, If the selected eligible entrant cannot be contacted by telephone by such date or does not return the declaration and release (described in Contest Rule #12) by the date indicated on the correspondence from the Contest Sponsors, such selected eligible entrant will be deemed to have disclaimed his/her right to be declared the Grand Prize Winner and will forfeit the Grand Prize. If such an event occurs, the Contest Sponsors will award the Grand Prize to another selected eligible entrant. The Contest Sponsors are not responsible for a selected eligible entrant s failure to receive notification for any reason whatsoever. 7. This contest is conducted by Coca-Cola Refreshments Canada Company, Capital Sports & Entertainment Inc. (the Ottawa Senators), and Quickie Convenience Stores Corporation (collectively, the Contest Sponsors ) and is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence and who live within an 80 km radius

5 of the corporate city limits of the City of Ottawa. Employees (including persons with whom they are domiciled) of: (i) Coca-Cola Ltd., Coca-Cola Refreshments Canada Company, their affiliates, licensors, associates and authorized bottlers and distributors of Coca-Cola products, participating banners; (ii) Quickie Convenience Stores Corporation and its participating locations; (iii) Capital Sports Properties Inc. (Canadian Tire Centre) and those operating businesses within Canadian Tire Centre; (iv) Capital Sports & Entertainment Inc. (the Ottawa Senators), and each of their respective agents or representatives, or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, and their respective advertising and promotional agencies as well as employees (including persons with whom they are domiciled) of any reuse or recycling depot, are not eligible for entry in the Contest. Submissions through groups and/or charities will not be accepted. 8. By accepting a Prize, each Winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address (city/province of residence only) and/or photograph, without payment, in any subsequent publicity or advertising carried out by the Contest Sponsors. 9. None of Coca-Cola Ltd., Coca-Cola Refreshments Canada Company, their affiliates, licensors, associates and authorized bottlers and distributors of Coca-Cola products, Quickie Convenience Stores Corporation, Capital Sports Properties Inc., Capital Sports & Entertainment Inc., the National Hockey League ( NHL ), the NHL Member Clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., the NHLPA and current and former players, or their respective agents or representatives or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, owners, governors, officers, directors, and employees (Collectively the Released Parties ) shall be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to the Prizes awarded in this Contest. 10. All entry forms, hand-drawn ballots and essays, become the property of the Contest Sponsors for any and all purposes and will not be returned. None of the Released Parties will be responsible for any entry forms or hand-drawn ballots delayed, stolen, misdirected, illegible, lost or destroyed. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but, not limited to, fraud, virus or other technical problem, the Contest Sponsors may, in their sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Contest Rules; or (b) award the Prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Contest Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages

6 from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The failure to enforce any term of these Contest Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to any Pin Entry, the authorized account holder of the address indicated when registering a screen name will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 11. Except where prohibited, by participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of a Prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable mail; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant s participation in the Contest or receipt of a Prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for legal fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If for any reason an entrant s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant s sole remedy is another entry in the Contest; provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Contest for any reason, the Contest Sponsors at their discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for the Prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Contest Rules to be available and/or claimed, the right is reserved to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

Each selected eligible entrant, must first sign a declaration confirming his/her understanding, compliance with and acceptance of the Contest Rules and acceptance of his/her Prize, and a release of all liability satisfactory to the Contest Sponsors before being declared a Winner. 13. The Contest Sponsors retain the right, in their absolute discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of the Prizes for any reason whatsoever. The Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash surrender value. 14. By entering this Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest. By accepting a Prize, each Winner consents to the collection, use and disclosure to the public of his/her name, address (city/province of residence only), voice, statements and photographs or other likenesses for publicity purposes in connection with the Contest in any media or formats, including but not limited to the Internet, without further notice, permission or compensation. Personal information will not otherwise be used or disclosed without consent and will be treated in accordance with the Contest Sponsors respective privacy policies available at This Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Subject to the jurisdiction of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux in Quebec, the decisions of the Contest Sponsors are final and binding with respect to all aspects of this Contest. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Contest Rules or the rights and obligations as between the entrant and the Contest Sponsors in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario including procedural provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction s laws.. Subject to the jurisdiction of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux in Quebec, the Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion to terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, or modify, amend or suspend the Contest and/or the Contest Rules in any way at any time for any reason without prior notice or compensation 16. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the Régie ) for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. In the event that there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between the English language version and the French language version of the Contest Rules, the English version shall prevail, govern and control. 17. Entries received after Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. will not be eligible for any Weekly Draws. Entries received after Friday, March 4, 2016 at 5:00 p.m., will be considered

8 null and void and will not be eligible for the Weekly Draws or the Grand Prize Draw. Entries shall be subject to verification and shall be null and void if they are found to have been obtained outside legitimate channels of distribution, or are illegible, altered, forged, defaced, mutilated or tampered with in any way or not obtained in accordance with these Contest Rules. 18. This Contest closes on and entries must be received by Friday, March 4, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. 19.
