1 Official Rules Contest Description: The #IJustGotHit102 (IJGH) Contest ( Contest ) will begin on Monday, July 13, 2015, and will end on Friday, July 24, A total of two (2) winners will each be awarded a trip for four (4) to Disney World in Orlando, Florida, as further detailed below. IJustGotHit.com is looking for new cast members for the IJustGotHit.com jingle. 1. Eligibility: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. Listeners of KMJQ-FM (also Station ) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, are legal residents of the United States residing within the Houston, TX metropolitan area, and are parents or legal guardians of children who are twelve (12) years of age or under are eligible to enter the #IJustGotHit102 Contest. Employees, officers and directors, of the Stations, Radio One of Texas II, LLC, Godsey Martin P. C., their respective subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliates, advertisers, competitors, promotional partners and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household of any of the above, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter the Contest or win a prize. By transmitting an official entry, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Only one entry per person on a Facebook account. Duplicate entries will not be considered. Travel guests of the winner must also be legal residents of the U.S. Winner and guests will each be required to possess required travel documents (e.g. valid driver s license or other valid government-issued photo I.D.) prior to departure and must travel on the same itinerary. Travel guests will be required to sign and submit all requested release forms along with the grand prize winner. If a travel guest is a minor (under the age of 18), they must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian who must sign and submit all requested release forms on their minor child s behalf. 2. How to Enter: Contest begins on Monday, the 13th day of July, 2015, and will end on Friday, the 24th day of July, There is one (1) method of registering for this Contest; through Facebook on KMJQ-FM. To reference the original IJGH commercial, click the link below: To enter on Facebook, follow the instructions requested on which state to: (1) Film your 15-second video; (2) Upload to your public Facebook account; and (3) Use the hashtag #IJustGotHit102 to tag your video. LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER FACEBOOK ACCOUNT. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be considered and subsequent entries will not be considered. No other method of entry will be accepted. All entries become the property of the Stations and will not be acknowledged or returned. Deadline for Submission: 5:00pm CST on Friday, the 24th day of July, In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a participant s entry, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized holder of the mobile account at the time the entry was made. Entries will be reviewed by members of the Stations staff. At the sole discretion of the Stations personnel, ten (10) entries will be selected and posted on the Station s website at myhoutonmajic.com for public voting. The voting period will begin on July 27, 2015 at 12:00pm CST and end on August 2, 2015 at 11:59pm CST. One (1) vote per person during the Voting Period. Any attempt by an entrant and/or his/her family/friends to vote more than the number of times authorized by using multiple names or address and/or any other fraudulent mechanism as determined by the Stations in their sole discretion, shall give the Stations the right to disqualify the entrant in their reasonable discretion. The two (2) entries receiving the most online votes by the end of the Voting Period will be declared the winners. Terms and Conditions: Any videos that have foul language or a foul nature to them will not be considered. The Stations reserve the right to not consider any videos that are not consistent to the IJustGotHit brand. The Stations reserve the right to select finalists that best represent the IJustGotHit brand. Contest participants must have a public Instagram page or public Facebook page to participate.

3 Entry Requirements Entries may not be patently offensive, illegal, pornographic or obscene, or similarly inappropriate in the Stations sole discretion Entries must not contain lewd or sexual content or references Submissions may not infringe upon any rights of any third party including without limitation, copyright, trademark and right of publicity or privacy Entries must not contain commercial products (e.g., clothing, toys, food) and/or their trademarks, brands, logos or endorsements Entries must be produced and solely owned by the contestant submitting the entry Entries must be unpublished and not have been submitted in other competitions Submissions must not contain: unnecessary violence, derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual or religious groups, humiliate other people (publicly or otherwise), or otherwise assault or threaten others If individuals in addition to the entrant are featured in the entry, each entrant warrants and represents that they have obtained permission from each person who appears in the submission By uploading a submission and entering this Contest, each participant represents and warrants to be bound by these Official Contest rules, and that they are authorized to and have the rights to submit the content within the entry. 3. Prizes: Prize: Two (2) families of four (4) from MAJIC 102 will each be awarded an all-expense paid trip to Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The trip package for each winner will include: Round trip airfare for four (4) to Orlando Florida from an airport closest to the winner s residence Round trip ground transportation between the hotel and the airport in Florida Hotel accommodations for four (4) for four (4) days / three (3) nights Four (4) tickets for amusement park admission (including all fees, taxes and surcharges) Hotel room service, laundry service, and meals will be included Souvenirs and incidentals will be the responsibility of the winner and his or her guests. The total estimated retail value for each trip is Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000). If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated approximate retail value, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Number of Prizes Awarded: Two (2) families of four (4) from MAJIC 102 will be awarded the prize trip, totaling eight (8) individuals.

4 Prizes will be awarded only upon winner verification and final approval by the Stations. In the event any winner is found to be in violation of these Official Rules or is otherwise determined by the Stations in their sole discretion to be ineligible, he/she may be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse the Stations and / or any sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such a violation is found after the prize has been used by the winner. 4. Drawing and Notification: The prize winners from Majic 102 will be selected on Friday, the 3rd day of August, Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winners will be notified by direct message on Facebook for Majic If a potential winner cannot be reached, or does not respond within three (3) business days from the first attempt to contact the winning party, or if the winning party is found to be ineligible for any reason, or if the winning party cannot or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. All entries become the Stations property and will not be returned. 5. General Conditions: Offers are not redeemable for cash. All entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Contest and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules, will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, including without limitation, any suspected evidence of tampering, infection by computer virus, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, an insufficient number of qualified Contest entries, or any other causes beyond the Stations control which in the Station s sole opinion, corrupts, threatens, or impairs the administration, security, and fairness of the Contest, the Stations at their sole discretion, reserve the right to cancel or modify the Contest, without liability. By participating in the Contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Contest, in any media now known or hereafter devised for advertising or promotional purposes without additional compensation, and must sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize. By entering this Contest, each participant agrees to comply with these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the station and/or Contest sponsor which shall be final and binding in all aspects relating to the Contest. 6. Disclaimers: Entrants agree that, KMJQ-FM, Radio One Texas II, LLC, Godsey Martin P. C. (collectively the Contest Entities ) shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of awarded prize(s), participation in Contest, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, computer on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer

5 equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants also agree that the Contest Entities are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer related to or resulting from Contest and its prizes. The Contest Entities are not liable for damage to a user's computer system in any way due to an entrant's participation in the Contest or downloading any information in connection with the Contest, including without limitation any server failure, lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction. The Stations reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest in the event that it becomes technically corrupted. 7. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-ofpocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or your rights and obligations or those of any participating sponsors in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law. 8.
