4 TMCP INTERVIEWER FORM 2017 Conference Nov Austin At the TMCP, representatives from corporate legal departments have an opportunity to conduct informational interviews to meet a diverse pool of outside counsel candidates. This introduction is a great first step for consideration for future work opportunities. We make the process easy by: (1) compiling résumés in an online database so representatives can choose to interview those who may have the skill sets needed by the organization, and (2) providing an area at the conference to have the one-on-one meetings. The interviews are held as 15-minute sessions during Thursday and Friday of the conference at times selected by the corporate representative. Representatives conducting the informational interviews receive a complimentary conference registration (up to 2 registrations). Corporations interested in participating in the informational interviews should complete and submit the below form and will receive further information. Since its inception, the TMCP has been instrumental in enhancing opportunities for diverse attorneys.
