The Bill Ayers interview debacle goes far beyond the bizarre Kelly comments about Santa and Jesus being white people. Here, we are dealing with a communist terrorist, against whom murder charges can still be filed. Indeed, the so-called interview amounted to negotiating with terrorists, with the go-between being convicted felon Dinesh D Souza. He gave Kelly access to Ayers in exchange for a show plugging his new movie. The high ratings of The Kelly File don t impress us. Jerry Kenney will be discussing the Fox News version of news, which emphasizes ratings, flash and razzle-dazzle, over substance. After that, I will dissect the interview itself. Again, this is not just an academic exercise, since the Ayers interview can only be understood in the context of a public relations campaign by Ayers to get his communist comrades out of prison. Fox News was outraged when terrorists from Gitmo were released for Bowe Berghdal. Yet here we have Fox News giving a platform to a top terrorist, as part of a process to get more terrorists released. We called this news conference because of the serious nature of what was discussed on her show, the fact that lives have been lost, most notably Sergeant Brian V. McDonnell, and more lives are at stake. It is simply obscene that ratings came before truth. One of the worst lies was about our late friend, Larry Grathwohl, the FBI informant in the Weather Underground who had updated his book, Bringing Down America, before his untimely death last year. Former FBI agent Max Noel, who worked closely with Larry, has furnished a statement about Kelly s failure to prepare for the interview. On September 11, 2010, Larry and I sat down with Max Noel for a series of interviews on this topic, available on our website. 5

6 Megyn Kelly s claim that she prepared for weeks for the Bill Ayers interview, if true, is shocking. It s impossible to believe. This isn t the first time we have held a conference to complain about what passes for fair and balanced in the media. Our Crisis in American Journalism conference produced a book by the same name. We decided over a year ago to start offering the public alternative sources of news and information, with a special emphasis on the development of new media such as our own new television channel on Roku, developed in cooperation with Jerry Kenney and his Kenney Broadcasting. This is the future of media. It is mind-boggling that after her Bill Ayers debacle, in which he said he wouldn t answer any question about his own role in terrorist bombings, that she would dare criticize anybody else for interviewing skills. But there she was on her Monday show slamming the softball questions offered to Attorney General Eric Holder during an interview on ABC on Sunday. Holder is the one she should have tied to Bill Ayers, for he played a role in issuing pardons for some of Ayers comrades during the Clinton years. As we point out in one of our reports, there has already been a series of releases of terrorists and even one of their lawyers from prison, as well as a case of a fugitive from justice, a member of the May 19the Communist Organizaton, whose charges have been curiously dismissed. More are being planned by Obama and Holder. That s the story. That s the story we have been telling on America s Survival TV, our Roku and YouTube channels. Plus, we interviewed Larry Grathwohl s daughter Lindsay, who continues to be outraged over the lies Ayers told about her father on the Fox News channel and which, to this day, remain uncorrected. 6

We know the relationship is close and we know that according to filmmaker Joel Gilbert, Obama was associated with the May 19 th Communist Organization, which functioned as an above-ground apparatus for the terrorists. I received a message from Joel Gilbert who was friends with Larry Grathwohl. Larry appears in Joel s new film called, There s No Place Like Utopia, opening in Denver on July 18th, then it s going nationwide. He told me, Larry Grathwhol was a hero of mine because he was on the front lines protecting America from the Marxist terrorist movement that wanted to destroy America. But America isn t the only target. Bernardine Dohrn organized trips to communist Cuba run by the Cuban intelligence service, the DGI. Young people on the trips were indoctrinated in the communist philosophy and given training in terrorism. But she and Bill Ayers were also involved in the so-called "International Solidarity Movement" on behalf of behalf of Palestinian terrorists. 7
