Because of impending bad weather, they came with a larger crew and finished the entire job in one day. They were very neat and left our property as clean as when they arrived. They did an excellent job installing my new shower, which I love. They left everything nice and clean. Thank you so much. I was happy with the whole experience with Newpro. The installers were great, and we like the product. Their job scheduling and customer communication are problematic. Our bathroom looks great! The gentlemen who did the installation were very professional, courteous and friendly. They were done quickly and it was so clean! still not finished, waiting handle, other handle was slippery and partially disconnected I was impressed by the installation crew. Chichester, NH Jan 18, 2019 You can't beat the quality of windows. They open & close like a dream! New Pro did a great job on our house would highly recommend. Installation excellent but never turned hot water back on. I have telephoned Newpro several times with promise of plumber coming out to fix it well as I write this I am still waiting him. This has beeen going on three weeks. I m very disappointed because the sales person William Doyle pleasant... Newpro did a great job, however, they did leave nails in my gutters, but it was pretty dark when they left. Other than that they did a great job. Great doors, professional service. Couldn't ask more. The crew was professional, the work was done fully and cleanly over the course of 2 days (we did the top floor one day, and the bottom floor the next day) including coming out in a 6-inch snow storm, that they worked through the entire day.
