2 SBA Board: FROM THE SECRETARY: Greetings, Carlos Rosario President Jessica Montoya & Christian Cornejo Co-Vice Presidents (Full-Time) & Jessica Bacosa Vice President (Part-Time) For our centennial year the school is planning many wonderful events. The centennial committee will be helping to brainstorm ways in which to commemorate our school s 100 year anniversary. Feel free to any of the SBA members with ideas that you may have. The Center for Global Law and Policy is hosting Stephen J. Rapp, Ambassador at Large, who will be talking about War Crimes. I urge you all to attend. Upper division students, be sure to attend the informational session on Monday to learn all about the new policies of the externship program at Santa Clara. Externships are an amazing opportunity to network, learn practical skills, and get a little break from classes. I have participated in several externship opportunities and knowing the policies helps in planning out your credits and timeline for applications and paperwork. Additionally, registration is coming up this month, so start thinking of what classes you want to take. There is a graduate informational session tomorrow on bar requirements and commencement. Have a great week and enjoy October Johanna Jacob Camille Alfaro-Martell Treasurer scu.sba.treasurer@gmail.com Johanna Jacob Secretary scu.sba.secretary@gmail.com Martin Kopp Online Editor mkopp@scu.edu
