2 10.0 Items for Board Action 10.1 FINANCE That the Board take action, to approve the Letter of Agreement with the Lycoming-Clinton Joinder Board for services during the school year. (TAB A) That the Board take action to approve a contract between the Montgomery Area School District and Kidswork Therapy Center for Occupational and Physical Therapy Services for the school year, as per attached. (TAB B) That the Board take action to approve an IDEA-Section 619 Pass Through Funds Agreement for for $1,140 between the Montgomery Area School District and BLaST IU 17. (TAB C) That the Board take action to approve the agreement between the Montgomery Area School District and Justice Works Youth Care Compass Academy for the school year. (TAB D) That the Board take action to approve the proposals for HVAC at the MACC for $11,550 between the Montgomery Area School District and Silvertip Inc. This item will be purchased out of the Capital Reserve Fund. (TAB E) That the Board take action to approve the quote for a Self-Service Refrigerated Merchandiser for $11, between the Montgomery Area School District and Singer Equipment Company. This item is under state contract and will be purchased out of the Cafeteria Fund. (TAB F) That the Board take action to approve the quote for Cleaning and Preventative Maintenance for $1, Per Boiler and Winter Burner Service for $ between the Montgomery Area School District and L&L Boiler. (TAB G) 10.2 BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS That the Board take action to approve a request from Montgomery Area Independent Football League to use the football stadium, as per attached, for a game on Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 3:30 p.m. 10:30 p.m., pending the field is not needed for a District event. (TAB H) 10.3 TRANSPORTATION That the Board take action to approve the addition of Ms. Jessica Brehm as a bus driver for Mowery Transportation, pending the receipt of all required paperwork. 2
