MOTION To ratify the awarding of the contract for the purchase of Copy Paper for the period of January 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014 through the Berks County Joint Purchasing Board as presented. 1. MOTION To approve Sherri Snyder, Child Accounting Coordinator, to attend the Spring Child Accounting Conference in Hershey, PA, from Wednesday, March 19, 2014 through Friday, March 21, 2014 from 9 a.m..to 5 p.m.. Purpose: Updates for Child Accounting as well as a broad spectrum of subjects including school profiles and staff performance. Networking with other PIMS personnel and child accountants. Rate is per the Co-Curricular Schedule. 4 MOTION To accept the resignation of Tony Randazzo as Middle School Assistant Wrestling Coach, effective January 14, MOTION To approve the following donations from the Lynx Wrestling Club: $2, for HS wrestling warm-ups $1, for MS wrestling singlets 6. MOTION To approve Amy Powlus, Jessica Manning, and Kirsten Betts, 1 faculty chaperone, 8-10 parent chaperones, and approximately 150 band, chorus, orchestra and jazz band members to participate in the Music in the Parks competition hosted by Kutztown University and Kutztown High School on Friday, May 16, Date: May 16, 2014 Location Kutztown University, Kutztown High School, and Dorney Park Purpose Music in the Parks is a competition for band, chorus, orchestra and jazz band members Cost to District Substitute - $ Competition Fee - $52.00 x 150 = $7, Transportation - $10.00 x 150 = $1, Total Cost - $9, [$62.00 per student x 150 students] Donations will be solicited to offset trip costs 1.
