I am currently the Administratr f the Wiscnsin Electins Cmmissin (WEC). I make this declaratin in supprt f the Defendants weekly reprt abut IDPP quality assurance and utreach effrts, in accrdance with this Curt s Octber 13, 2016, rder. CLERK COMMUNICATIONS 2. On Mnday, Octber 17, WEC sent a high-pririty cmmunicatin t all Wiscnsin Cunty and Municipal Clerks, as well as the Milwaukee Cunty and City Electin Cmmissins. This cmmunicatin included the IDPP palm card in English and Spanish. This cmmunicatin

WEC s advertising firm, KW2, has re-recrded the Cmmissin s Hw t Get a free ID fr Vting animated vide t include mre direct language abut the IDPP. The IDPP was a primary discussin pint in this webinar. 22. A true and crrect cpy f a screensht f the webinar annuncement and related links is attached as Exhibit A true and crrect cpy f the PwerPint used fr the Imprtant Reminders presentatin is attached as Exhibit On Octber 18, WEC distributed the new palm cards via t the Accessibility Advisry Cmmittee, and included bth an attachment and a link t the palm card page n WEC s website. In the , WEC encuraged the Cmmittee s member grups t distribute the palm cards t interested parties, and t incrprate the cards int the grups utreach effrts. 25. This week WEC als received feedback frm tw member grups f the Accessibility Advisry Cmmittee, abut thse grups vter utreach effrts using WEC materials. The tw grups are NAMI Wiscnsin (Natinal Alliance n Mental Illness) and the Wiscnsin Calitin f Independent Living Centers, Inc. 26. The utreach materials that these grups were using included IDPP-specific materials

On Octber 19, I appeared n the Wiscnsin Eye prgram, Newsmakers, alng with Andrea Kaminski f the League f Wmen Vters. The IDPP was a tpic f discussin. 31. A vide f the prgram is available n the Wiscnsin Eye website at I am aware that Milwaukee Cunty will be placing Bring it t the Ballt ads n bus shelters. 33. True and crrect cpies f the bus shelter ads that WEC has received are attached as Exhibit I am als aware that Milwaukee Cunty will be running IDPPspecific ads in six lcal print publicatins in Milwaukee, including The Milwaukee Times, Milwaukee Curier, Milwaukee Cmmunity Jurnal, Shepherd Express, Spanish Jurnal, and MATC s publicatin

Yu must be 18 years f age t vte. All vters in Wiscnsin must be at least 18 years f age n the day f the electin t be eligible t vte. Persns wh are therwise eligible t vte may register t vte at 17 years f age if they will be 18 by the next electin. Yu must be a U.S. citizen in rder t vte. Citizenship is dcumented thrugh a U.S. birth certificate r a Certificate f Naturalizatin, but prf f citizenship is nt required t vte. Anyne with a valid Wiscnsin driver license r Wiscnsin state ID card, r any f the dcuments listed belw, already has the pht ID they need fr vting purpses. WHAT CAN I USE AS PHOTO ID TO VOTE? There are currently tw versins: the Veteran Health ID Card (VHIC) and the lder Veteran ID Card (VIC). (VHIC -Earliest Expiratin Date: 2023) (VIC - N Expiratin Date) CAN I USE A VETERAN AFFAIRS ID CARD TO VOTE IN WISCONSIN? Yes! A Veteran ID card is ne f nine types f Pht ID that can be used t vte in Wiscnsin. WHAT IS VETERAN AFFAIRS ID CARD? This is an ID issued by the U.S. Department f Veteran Affairs/Veterans Health Administratin t veterans wh are enrlled in the VA health care system. CAN MY VETERAN AFFAIRS ID CARD BE EXPIRED? N. The ID cards must be unexpired r have n expiratin date. Sme VIC cards d nt expire and are therefre valid fr vting indefinitely. The newer VHIC card will first begin t expire in DOES MY VETERAN AFFAIRS ID CARD NEED TO HAVE MY CURRENT ADDRESS ON IT? N. Yur Veteran Affairs ID card des NOT have yur address n it. A State f Wiscnsin Driver License can be used t vte in Wiscnsin. It must be a Wiscnsin Driver License. Driver Licenses frm ther states may nt be used fr vting in Wiscnsin. WHAT IS A STATE OF WISCONSIN DRIVER LICENSE? A State f Wiscnsin Driver License is an identificatin card issued by the Wiscnsin Divisin f Mtr Vehicles (DMV). CAN MY STATE OF WISCONSIN DRIVER LICENSE BE EXPIRED?
