Code of Conduct Main changes relate to: Women s equality in education and changes in the legalized state of marijuana. Vice President (Kira) a. Now Hiring: ARC Building Managers, ARC Information Desk, ARC perations Crew, Fitness Front Desk, and Fitness Instructors. Priority deadline for applications is Wednesday, May 27 th. Questions? The continuation of your club next school year e. Budget Update - $896 was approved for the Veteran s Community to show American Sniper, and there is $10, remaining in the club budget which is 40% of the original $26,000. Christian Fellowship N/A Creative Arts Proposal for a photography workshop Debate There is discussion of the collaboration with communications clubs with the Debate. Gay-Straight Alliance Getting ready for Cupcakes & Condoms May 29 th, 10am to 1pm at the Mobius Lobby. Next Generation I.T. 3D developing is in good progress. User testing is being conducted for the websites. utdoors N/A Rotaract N/A Swing N/A Tenti Gathering Barbeque event during 1pm-3:30pm at Blyth Park 1695c W Riverside Dr, Bothell, WA Veterans Community There will be a blood drive on May 20 th. American Sniper will be shown on May 21 st.

New Business Recognition International Students Social Relation to make a club to help and advise international students with an American college. o GSA motioned to recognize the. Swing seconded the motion. 12/0/0. is recognized. Program Proposal utdoors Story Dom A Dom where there will be a projector that shows a film about the universe. May 21 st 10am-3pm. The main host of this event is UWB. utdoors requests for $225 to assist this event by renting Mobius Hall. o GSA motioned to approve the proposal. NGIT seconded the motion. 12/0/0. Proposal is approved. Program Proposal Creative Arts Photography workshop. People should bring their own camera, and there will be some beverages. June 8 th. 3-4pm. Requesting $180 to pay the lecturer and buy food, beverages, and marketing materials. o GSA motioned to approve the proposal. Debate seconded the motion. 12/0/0. Proposal is approved. XI. pen Forum/Announcements: Story Dom Event at Mobius Hall on May 21 st. 10am to 3pm. s should take a group photo of the club and send it to Shandy for the college s website.
