He is an above average communicator and he is wonderful about answering all my questions. they were friendly, courteous, did the job well, and left the site as clean as it was when they arrived. We have all seen construction sites that look more like construction dumps and work diligently to help our technicians understand the importance of cleanliness. The owner came out personally to look at the problem. I thought it was going to be a drawn out costly repair but he fixed it in issue in the same day at a reasonable cost. Wonderful Team! Michael Coughenour is great to work with Communication Kowalski has been around a long time. Thankfully, is an approved vendor. None Kowalski contractors were professional and VERY PUNCTUAL. If they said they would be here at 8 AM the doorbell would ring at 8:00 AM. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it... Excellent responsiveness starting at the first phone call.
