We have already recommended to a friend. Donald, my project manager, was great. Everyone has been great. Kevin Sullivan is especially helpful Page 1 of 5
Mar 07, 2016 Feb 29, 2016 Feb 29, 2016 Feb 27, 2016 Feb 24, 2016 Feb 22, 2016 Feb 22, 2016 Feb 09, 2016 Feb 06, 2016 Feb 06, 2016 Feb 05, 2016 Larry and Jennifer were exceptional. Bill and Kevin have both been fantastic. The overall process was excellent. Warren and Christine were exceptional and very accommodating and patient throughout. I would like to recognize the staff their exceptional service. Responsiveness Bill harper was the project manager and he was great. Rebecka was wonderful to work with and helped us think of things we wouldn't have otherwise! We dealt with Rick and Matt and felt Rick was on top of things more so than Matt. Hard to get an answer out of Matt on if he was going to do stuff we wanted done. Patrick, I think his name is, our 60 day guy... I would like to recognize Jennifer, Hailey and Larry. I was most satisfied with the design. Larry and Jennifer. Page 2 of 5
Feb 05, 2016 The response was good. I liked the floor plans and they are on time. Brenda Jimmerson at the Design Center did a wonderful job stepping in during a time of need Karen Hutto. It was especially difficult to take over without assistance since Brenda was fairly new to the team. We are very satisfied with the selection of items our new home.we have also enjoyed working... We were especially satisfied with the weekly phone calls from both Jim and Toby during construction. We lived in Delaware and it was very helpful to receive the phone calls to inm us of the progress of our home. We feel that everyone involved always had our best interest at heart even though they... Thank you providing such quality workmanship and staff Jennifer and Haley were good and responsive. They answered my questions quickly despite their hectic schedules.karen at design center was attentive and helpful. She has very good knowledge of the design process.finally, Larry was outstanding at finishing our home ontime (some pending items were there... As a new and first time home buyer, Design center experience was very good. That gave us a feeling that we were part of the home buying and designing process. That also gave us a satisfaction of "we selected these colors, materials, finishes etc". It was an excellent learning experience and I think every... Page 3 of 5
Jan 25, 2016 Jan 25, 2016 Jan 20, 2016 Jan 20, 2016 Jan 18, 2016 I heard lots of my friends telling me they didn't have anything to select at design center. Compared to that, I think Sharp's design center experience is well worth it. I would certainly recommend it to any new home buyer. Quality of our new home (so far) has been exceptional. I am not sure I will say... I would like to recognize Matt Adams, the project manager, his exceptional service. I was most satisfied with Matt's attention to detail and his working with us make the process a lot easier. Bill was responsive in every instance to include the pre construction, post close, and times when we were frustrated with the process. He always kept his cool, handled every complaint accordingly (even when I did a poor job managing my own frustration), and provided value the entirety of the process. Our new PM has been very patient and even at times allowing me to vent my frustrations in sometimes not the most professional manor. Bill Q has also been exceptional through the process... some of the same reasons as Kevin S. we thought the whole team did a great job. Jim helped us in a pinch when we had problems with our refrigerator delivery. It wasn't his issue, but he really helped us out and saved us a lot of aggravation. Jan 18, 2016 When we first looked at Parkstone our realtor told us that Sharp had a strong reputation a quality product. We've been very pleased so far with the workmanship. Page 4 of 5
Jan 16, 2016 Jan 16, 2016 James helped me out. Everything overall was smooth. Page 5 of 5
