When recognized, please approach the podium, give your name, and state the matter of your interest. These comments will be limited to four minutes for each speaker on each topic, subject to change at the Chair s discretion if necessary in the interest of time. If you require more than the allotted time, your item can be placed on the next agenda. If you discuss topics of business that are not encompassed in the agenda posted, the Commission will not be able to discuss or vote on those portions of your discussion. 4.
