CITIZEN COMMENTS (NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN) Note: The Chairperson, in his or her discretion, may provide the opportunity for members of the audience to address the Commission on items placed on the agenda. The Chair will recognize, upon a request for a show of hands, those persons wishing to address the Commission. When recognized, please approach the podium, give your name, and state the matter of your interest. These comments will be limited to four minutes for each speaker on each topic, subject to change at the Chair s discretion if necessary in the interest of time. If you require more than the allotted time, your item can be placed on the next agenda. If you discuss topics of business that are not encompassed in the agenda posted, the Commission will not be able to discuss or vote on those portions of your discussion. 4. CONSENT AGENDA (ACTION MAY BE TAKEN ON THESE MATTERS) This is a procedure to help facilitate the meeting with a CONSENT AGENDA. One motion will approve all action items, noted as consent. These are routine matters which are repeated on the agenda. Approval means they will be implemented as recommended. Prior to acting on the consent agenda, any Commissioner may have a consent item withdrawn from this portion of the agenda so that it may be discussed prior to action. a. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at approximately 5:34 p.m. by Acting Chairperson Paxton. 2. Roll Call Present: Polo Del Rio Mario Bosquez Rodger Paxton Mike Peel Al Padilla Ben Rivera Absent: David Martinez A quorum was declared. Others in Attendance: Airport Manager Juan C Onofre, Airport Clerk- Claudia Chavarria Citizen Comments No Citizen Comments 3. Consent Agenda Motion: Commissioner Peel made a motion to approve the meeting minutes Commissioner Padilla offered a second, minutes were passed by unanimous vote.
