1 OFFICIAL NOTICE TO: The Oklahoma Association of REALTORS Membership FROM: Pete Galbraith, 2018 Nominating Committee Chair DATE: July 18, 2018 RE: 2019 Slate of Officers and Directors By action of the Nominating Committee of the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS, as allowed in the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS Bylaws, Article VII, Section 2, Nomination Procedure, the following slate of nominees is hereby presented. The bylaws of the association allow for additional candidates for the officer positions (Executive Committee) only by petition (available at the association headquarters). The petition must be signed by at least thirty (30) members and the nominee. Petitions are to be delivered to the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS headquarters no later 20 business days prior to the Annual Meeting (no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12, 2018). All questions can be directed to Jessica Hickok, CEO and sent to If there are no nominations by petition, the presiding officer shall cast a unanimous ballot for the slate of officers, as proposed by the Nominating Committee, and declare the slate elected.
