ADOPTED Bond Ordinance dated December 7, 2015, authorizing the issuance of an additional $101,000 aggregate principal amount serial bonds of the City of White Plains, County of Westchester, State of New York, to finance the additional cost of the installation or reconstruction of a heating, ventilation and air conditioning system in a Class A Building. ADOPTED Communication from Chairman, Capital Projects Board, in relation to Capital Project No. C5471, Battle Hill Park Improvements. F/S 34. Communication from Environmental Officer F/S 35. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains to amend the Capital Projects Fund by establishing Capital Project No. C5471, Battle Hill Park Improvements. ADOPTED Communication from Commissioner of Public Safety in relation to a donation in the amount of $5,000 from the Fenway Golf Club Charitable Fund to be used by the Fire Department to produce a video on carbon monoxide, bicycles for the Police Department, and supplies for the Citizens Public Safety Academy and the White Plains Auxiliary Police. F/S 37. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor or his designee to accept, on behalf of the City of White Plains, a donation in the amount of $5,000 from the Fenway Golf

4 Club Charitable Fund to be used for expenditures related to production by the Fire Department of a video on the dangers of carbon monoxide, bicycles for the Police Department, and incidentals for the Citizen Public Safety Academy and the White Plains Auxiliary Police. ADOPTED Communication from Commissioner of Recreation and Parks in relation to an agreement with Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Hubbard s Cupboard LLC, to provide daily lunch catering services for the Senior Center Nutrition Program. F/S 39. Ordinance authorizing the Mayor or his designee to execute an agreement with Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Hubbard s Cupboard LLC, to provide daily lunch catering services for the Senior Center Nutrition Program. ADOPTED Communication from Commissioner of Recreation and Parks in relation to an agreement with the County of Westchester regarding an award in the amount of $9,935, to pay for the Senior Citizens Bus Transportation Services. F/S 41. Ordinance authorizing the Mayor or his designee to execute an agreement with the County of Westchester Department of Senior Programs and Services, whereby the City of White Plains Recreation and Parks Senior Citizens Program will receive an award in the amount of $9,935, to be used to pay for the Senior Citizens Bus Transportation Service. ADOPTED Communication from Director, Youth Bureau, in relation to a contract with Student Assistance Services Corp., to provide a Middle School Prevention Coordinator as part of the White Plains Cares Coalition. F/S 43. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor to execute on behalf of the City a consulting services contract with the Student Assistance Services Corporation to provide a Middle School Prevention Coordinator as part of the plan of the White Plains Cares Coalition funded by the Drug Free Communities Grant Award. ADOPTED Communication from Director, Youth Bureau, in relation to a contract with Pace University to conduct workshops for the Saturday Academy Program entitled, Product Claims Science. F/S 45. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor or his designee to execute on behalf of the City, a contract ratifying an agreement with Pace University for consulting services which involved the conducting of workshops for the Saturday

5 Academy Program students in Grades 4-8 and entitled, Product Claims Science. ADOPTED Communication from Director, Youth Bureau, in relation to a contract with Pace University to conduct workshops for the Saturday Academy Program entitled, White Plains Science Academy, Maker Space Pedagogy. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor or his designee to execute on behalf of the City a consulting services contract with Pace University in relation to two workshops for the Saturday Academy Program students in Grades 4-8, and entitled, Pace University White Plains Science Academy based on the Maker Space Pedagogy. ADOPTED Communication from Personnel Officer in relation to amendments to the Municipal Code Compensation and Leave Plan and the Table of Organization. F/S 49. Ordinance amending Section and of the White Plains Municipal Code by establishing an appointed position title and salary, and amending the hourly pay scale, and adding a position to the Table of Organization. Communication from Corporation Counsel in relation to an application submitted on behalf of Maple and Broadway LLC, for a Special Permit for Outdoor Dining associated with restaurant space on select locations at 60 South Broadway (Westchester Pavilion), as a component of a pending site plan application, and scheduling a public hearing for January 4, F/S 51. Resolution of the Common Council of the City of White Plains scheduling a public hearing for January 4, 2016, in relation to the application submitted on behalf of Maple and Broadway LLC, ( Applicant ), for a Special Permit for Outdoor Dining associated with restaurant spaces at select location son private property located at 60 South Broadway (Also known as The Westchester Pavilion). ADOPTED Communication from Commissioner of Public Works in relation to a petition submitted on behalf of Jonathan P. Krisbergh and Rachel Krisbergh, and Matthew P. Scanlon and Mary Eagleson (as trustees), to demap a portion of a paper street known as Greenacres Way (a/k/a Van Wart Avenue, f/k/a Oakley Avenue), and scheduling a public hearing for January 4, F/S 53. Resolution of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the transfer of funds within the Department of Parking from Service Contract lines to Parking Meter Equipment. ADOPTED 56. Communication from Commissioner of Finance in relation to the Office of the State Comptroller Regulation 315.4, Regulation on Reporting for Elected or Appointed Officials, and transmitting a resolution to conform to the Regulations. Communication from Commissioner of Building in relation to a petition submitted on behalf of the White Plains Rural Cemetery Association to amend the Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a crematory on properties that are currently developed with a cemetery and are larger than twenty (20) acres in size. Communication from Commissioner of Building in relation to a petition submitted on behalf of Esplanade of White Plains Venture Partnership, to amend the Zoning Ordinance Schedule of Dimensional Regulations (Section 5.3) to eliminate the minimum requirement in the BC-1 Zone for 500 square of lot area per dwelling unit when a project is proposed in an existing building.
