THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION, subject to the attorney-client privilege to discuss pending or threatened litigation pertaining to 1) Doña Ana County v. The Communications Workers of America, Local 911, cause number D-307-CV ; 2) to discuss pending or threatened litigation pertaining to draining and flooding issues in the La Union area; and, 3) to provide a general overview to BOCC of current pending or threatened litigation as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, (H)(7). THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items. THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ADJOURNS AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND THE COUNTY BOARD OF FINANCE IN OPEN SESSION.
