I ROLL ALL Directors Present: Mr. Bachman, Mr. Bowen, Vice President Moore, Mrs. ini, Mrs. Gerlach, Mrs. Geist, and President Nober. Directors: Absent: Mr. Baker was on vacation. Also in Attendance: Administrators: Superintendent; Dr. Gehrens; Personnel oordinator, Mrs. Buchan; Director of Special Education/Pupil Services, Mr. defontney; Business Manager, Mr. Steffy; Secondary urriculum & Instruction Supervisor, Dr. Gehrens; Elementary urriculum & Instruction Supervisor, Mrs. Karen Snedeker; Director of Maintenance, Mr. Maloney; Solicitor for the Board, Mr. Magyar; and Board Secretary, Mrs. Wagner. II PLEDGE &MOMENT OF SILENE There was a group participation and moment of silence for the family of a Bristol Township School District employee who passed away. III EXEUTIVE ANNOUNEMENT Mr. Magyar gave the Executive Session report. There was a session prior to tonight's meeting commencing at 5:20 PM. All Board members that were present for tonight's meeting were present at the session with the exception of Vice President Moore. Also in attendance were Dr. Gehrens, Ms. Buchan, Mr. defonteny, Ms. Alison, and himself. That session was abbreviated to conduct the Reading Olympics ertificate Presentations. The session reconvened at 6:40 PM and concluded at 7:32 PM. The topics of discussion were personnel, litigation, labor negotiations, and information gathering. IV PRESENTATION Reading Olympics Principals & Students The certificates were presented at 6 PM in the Franklin auditorium.

New Hope Academy ontract ATION ITEM Approve the contract with New Hope Academy for educational services for a Bristol Township School District Special Education student in the amount of $8, This contract language is consistent with previously approved contracts. A copy of the contract is presented and marked Appendix P VVordsworth Academy ontract ATION ITEM Approve the contract with Wordsworth Academy to provide Extended School Year Services for the summer of 2016 for students with disabilities whose rep teams determine they are eligible. This contract language is consistent with previously approved contracts. The program will run Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 2 PM. A copy of the contract is presented and marked Appendix P-3.

Radisson ontract ATION ITEM Authorize, ratify and approve the contract between the Bristol Township School District and the Radisson Hotel for the 2017 Senior Prom to take place at the Radisson Hotel located at Route 1 at Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose, PA on Friday, May 19, 2017 at an aggregate estimated price of $13,675, which will be fully funded by the Senior lass Fund, previously reviewed and approved by the solicitor.
