Appropriate: S05 E 0002 $2,000, S10 E 1009 $97, S09 E 2407 $25, RE: JOURNALIZE NOTICE OF BLASTING BUCKEYE INDUSTRIAL MINING Motion by Mr. Bing, seconded by Ms. Traina to journalize Notice of Blasting. The Blasting area is located Franklin/Wayne Townships, Sections 6, 7, 12/8. Blasting will be Monday through Saturday during daytime hours, April 22 to September 21 st 7:00 am to 7:30 pm and September 22 through April 21 st from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

5 COMMISSIONERS MEETING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2007 J.76 PAGE 80 RE: PERMISSION TO ADVERTISE COLUMBIANA COUNTY MAP PROJECT Motion by Ms. Traina, seconded by Mr. Bing to authorize the County Engineer to advertise for bids, for 2007 Columbiana County Map Project and sign any and all documents that relate to this project. Advertisement will be in the Morning Journal on February 21 & 28, Bid opening will be held on March 7, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. in the Board of Commissioners Meeting Room, 105 South Market Street, Lisbon, Ohio RE: PROCLAMATION LISBON LIONS CLUB 50 TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY Motion by Ms. Traina, seconded by Mr. Bing to approve a Proclamation for the Lisbon Lions Club 50 th Year Anniversary. RE: APPROVE GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATIONS FOR REMAINDER OF 2007 YEAR Motion by Mr. Bing, seconded by Ms. Traina to approve the General Fund Appropriations for the remainder of 2007 year.

6 COMMISSIONERS MEETING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2007 J.76 PAGE 81 RE: APPROVE CONTRACT AGREEMENT HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT Motion by Ms. Traina, seconded by Mr. Bing to approve a contract agreement for professional services between Columbiana County Commissioners and J. Telzrow Appraisals. This is for the State of Ohio Hazard Mitigation Grant Program/Federal Management Agency for Columbiana County-Wide Acquisition Project. RE: JOURNALIZE OHIO EPA CITIZEN ADVISORY Motion by Mr. Bing, seconded by Ms. Traina to journalize a Citizen Advisory from the Ohio EPA concerning the East Liverpool Incinerator.

7 COMMISSIONERS MEETING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2007 J.76 PAGE 82 RE: ESTABLISH NEW FUNDS T33 & T34 DRUG TASK FORCE Motion by Ms. Traina, seconded by Mr. Bing to establish new funds T33 Bryne Justice Assistance Grant 2004 & T34 Bryne Justice Assistance Grant Duane Thornton questioned the Board of Commissioners about the laid of Sheriff Deputy s. He expressed concern that he has been laid off for 2 years and his call back date is due to run out February 18, He expressed concern for himself and the other Deputy s that are also laid off. RE: JOURNALIZE REPORT ON CONTRACTS DJFS Motion by Mr. Bing, seconded by Ms. Traina to journalize Columbiana County Department of Job & Family Services Report on Contracts entered into in 2006 with ceilings of $25, or less.

8 COMMISSIONERS MEETING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2007 J.76 PAGE 83 RE: RESOLUTION # CONTRACT DJFS/CLERK OF COURTS Motion by Ms. Traina, seconded by Mr. Bing to adopt Resolution # to accept and approve the contract between the Columbiana County Child Support Enforcement Agency and the Columbiana County Clerk of Courts for the purpose of purchasing services for the filing of CSEA initiated IV-D judgment entries. RE: ADJOURN Motion by Mr. Bing, seconded by Ms. Traina to adjourn the regular meeting of Wednesday, February 14, 2007 at 9:00 A.M. and resume the next meeting on February 21, 2007 at 9:00 A.M. in the Board of Commissioners Meeting Room.
