Staff Report: Request for a zoning text amendment to modify the PUD standards as follows: (1) delete the 125 senior housing units currently required within Planning Units 1 and 2; (2) update the street sections; (3) increase allowable building height in Planning Unit 8A from 15 feet to 30 feet; (4) change Planning Unit 10 from senior multi-family/small lot single family to neighborhood commercial and combine it with Planning Unit 8A which would increase in area to ±11.1 acres; (5) incorporate additional buffering, screening, service area, access, location, design and operational standards into the enlarged Planning Unit 8A; and (6) minor revisions to text and graphics to update the document to reflect current development conditions and standards on a ±123.2 acre site located along the north side of I-80, east of Mae Anne Avenue, south of Sharlands Avenue and extending to the east ±1 miles from Mae Anne Avenue in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) zone.
