[Ward 5] A.1 ORDINANCE, INTRODUCTION Bill No. An Ordinance annexing to and making part of the City of Reno certain specifically described territory being +2 acres of property located on the south side of Rancho San Rafael Park +750 feet East of Coleman Drive (1516 Coleman Drive), Washoe County, Nevada; together with other matters properly relating thereto. Case No. LDC (Swanson, Groves, Fischer). [Ward 5] B. Staff Report: Request for: (1) a zoning map amendment from LLR2.5 (Large Lot Residential 2.5 acres) to SF15 (Single Family Residential-15,000 sq ft); (2) a tentative map to develop a 119 lot subdivision; and (3) a special use permit for: (a) hillside development; (b) grading within a major drainageway; (c) grading which results in cuts deeper than 20 feet and fills greater than 10 feet in height; and (d) cluster development on a ±62.55 acre site located in northwest Reno, north of Mogul and surrounded to the north, east, and south by the Somersett development. Staff Report: Request for abandonment of a +16,985 square foot portion of a street right-of-way of Artemesia Way located between North Sierra Street and North Virginia Street. [Ward 5] The public hearing on this item was held on October 8, 2003, and the City Council continued their discussion, pending additional information from staff. B. Staff Report: Consideration of the recommendations of the Historical Resources Commission regarding the purchase of historical documents relating to the military career of General Jesse Reno and potential direction to staff. 11.
