Public Relations Report PR Officer not present 9. Councillor s Report Process commenced concerning selection of CEO 30 applicants. Appointment will be made within two months. Three objections have been lodged with VCAT re Streetscape Project. One objector has requested waiver of fee which will further delay resolution of objections. Pipeline Project:

2 o At Gould s property on 7 th April the Premier announced Government funding of $40M; GWM putting up $15M; customer contribution $5.6M; LSC has applied to Federal Government under Stronger Regions Fund for $10M which equals $70.6M Then the Water Infrastructure Fund for another $10M. o Timelines 2016 Funding confirmations; plans and approvals o Stage One $24M connect GWM system to Coliban system via Skinners Flat Reservoir o Stage Two Back bone of system o Stage Three Infill o Expected completion of whole project mid 2019 Rural Zones Review After ten years work the Minister has adopted the bulk of the LSC Planning Scheme Review hectares granted right to build and a good clean water supply will become available augurs well for the future are Wedderburn. 10.
