Attendees:- Phil Mason (President and Chair),Toni Goninan (Secretary), Robin Irwin (Treasurer),David Alexander (Property Manager), Pauly Griffin (House Manager). Apologies:- Bambi Houlton (Vice President), Robyn Bingham (Senior Director), Brian Salisbury (IT Manager), Bernadette Brebner (Membership Manager), Barbara Herring (Publicity Manager), of Previous Meeting:- Toni Goninan (Secretary),moved that the minutes of the previous meeting be accepted as a true and accurate record; Seconded by Robin Irwin (Treasurer) The motion was passed unanimously. Phil Mason (President and Chair) moved that an unredacted version of the minutes be published on the notice board and on the web site; Seconded by Toni Goninan (Secretary) The motion was passed unanimously. Business Arising from the :- 1. Business debit card has been arranged with a balance of $ Report on air conditioning/heating presented. Space heating is a possibility but air conditioning is not a reasonable solution in this building. 3. Sawtell Cinema badging and wording for Honour Boards has been confirmed Secretary s Report:- A copy of the Secretary s Report is at Appendix A. This includes a summary of both post and correspondence In, correspondence Out, and other matters. Toni Goninan (Secretary) moved that the incoming correspondence be accepted and that outgoing correspondence be endorsed and that the recommendations in the Secretary s Report be adopted: Seconded by David Alexander (Property Manager) The motion was carried unanimously. Actions Required:-Confirm with Phil Houlton that a copy of Kathie de Palo letter of congratulations be posted on web site. Treasurer s Report:- A copy of the Treasurer s Report is at Appendix B. 1. Term deposit due on 29/11/ Housekeeping $ Reimburse ink and paper costs of $24 to treasurer. Robin Irwin (Treasurer) moved that the Treasurer s Report be accepted; that all payments/receipts be agreed to; and that all recommendations therein be adopted: Seconded by Toni Goninan (Secretary), The motion was carried unanimously.

Phil Mason (President and Chair moved that the IT Manager s Report be accepted; and that all recommendations therein be adopted: Seconded by Toni Goninan (Secretary), The motion was carried unanimously. Actions Required:- for House Manager needs attention Membership Manager s Report:- New associate members Robyn Burns and Anne Moulton to be endorsed next meeting. Property Manager s Report:- 1. Pavers have been levelled 2. Further discussion next meeting re steps for the front of the building 3. Plastic flyscreen holders have been replaced. David Alexander (Property Manager) moved that the Property Manager s Report be accepted; and that all recommendations therein be adopted: Seconded by Toni Goninan (Secretary) The motion was carried unanimously. House Manager s Report:- 1. Insulated jugs have been discarded. Pauly Griffin (House Manager) moved that the House Manager s Report be accepted; and that all recommendations therein be adopted: Seconded by David Alexander (Property Manager) The motion was carried unanimously. General Business 1 Constitution to progress to the AGM 2015.Copies of proposed constitution to be attached to notice of AGM 2 Sustainability of the Bridge Club to be considered at further meetings. Next Meeting The next meeting of the committee is set down for 11am, Monday,12 th October 2015 at the clubhouse. Close The meeting was closed by the chairperson at 12:20pm.

Bridgemates are now being supplied to Australia thru Paul Lavings of Lavings Bridge and Book supplies. 6 new bridgemates have been ordered and received. According to the NBN website, we now have access to the NBN. According to the Exetel website, we do not have access to the NBN, and after being on hold for 20 min, I decided not to talk to a support staff, even though my call was very important to them.. I'll try again next week. We are also using up huge amounts of download. Something else I want to speak to a support staff about. That's it from me folks. Brian CHBC-ITManager
