1 Minutes for The 11th PCWA Club Meeting of 2015 and AGM held 7:15PM - 8:30 PM Wed 2 December 2015 at Porsche Centre Perth, Stirling Highway Nedlands Item 1. The meeting was opened at 7:15 PM, 2. Apologies: Graeme Robson, Rudi and Jenny Menke. New members: Mick Katarski Carrera, Julian Gardner - pending ownership, Mark Howe Presidents Report Edward welcomed all to Porsche Centre Perth and thanked PCP for the use of the venue for the meeting and for providing the food. All Committee positions will be vacated and the AGM will be held at the end of the meeting. Edward thanked the retiring Committee members Graeme Robson, Julie Jacobs, Barry Nash and Roger Bernhardt for their input into the Committee. 4. Treasurers Report As at 24 November Net income for the year is -$2,188 with bank balance $48,852. Refer attached Income and Expenditure statement. Small profit made from Competition Series with Social events being in the red due to the recent Concourse and up-coming Christmas function. Magazine advertising has brought in $8800 income with magazine printing and postage costing $12,400. The audit of PCWA s finances returned a clear audit subject to receipt of 2 pieces of evidence from Bankwest. 5. Webmaster Update Latest social and sports series photos are up on website and on facebook. Concourse photos are now up on the web. 10.
