9 Consultation Explained in document TAXUD/A2/JMG(ks)(2013) Only change deadline for comments for Title I chapter 2 sections 1-4 extended to Review Cycle 1: January July 2014 (first complete reading of body of drafts with phased deadlines for written comments) Review Cycle 2: September December 2014 (second reading focusing on remaining issues and annexes) UCC DA-final and UCC IA-general will be published on other Customs CIRCA groups for information

13 Meetings Will be held at Chateau du Lac, Genval

14 Meetings UCC Discussions will be in the week-long meetings Or sub-groups established for the specific purpose Working method: Morning 'expert group' meeting on the Delegated Act, with possible attendance from the European Parliament Afternoon 'Committee' meeting on the Implementing Act European Parliament can request to attend the Expert (morning) meetings

15 Meetings Objective To discuss specific Titles in specific weeks but very flexible February Meeting Will cover Title 1 Chapter 2 sections 1-4 i.e. Provision of information; Decisions; Authorised Economic Operators Written Comments on TEMPO will drive discussions Other provisions discussed only if time allows Annexes / fallback to be discussed in other meetings

16 Practical Arrangements Invitations for February meeting issued on One' general' expert plus one 'specialised' expert per Member State for each meeting Room capacity will not allow more that two delegates per member state at the same time Rates to stay at the Chateau or associated hotels included in the invite There are other hotels in Genval or you can stay in Brussels Daily Bus Shuttle from/to Place Luxemburg (and possibly on Friday afternoon to the Airport) Lunch at the hotel or elsewhere in Genval

17 Practical Arrangements No papers will be provided bring all documents you need Copying facilities are available at the Chateau for documents produced during the week (eg alternative drafts) Wi-fi available in the Chateau Please remember to complete and return the table (by close on Wednesday)
