4 Subcommittee January 22, 2013 Exhibit 2A CPE Co-Chair Nomination Roster Exhibit 2B Co-Chair Responsibilities The CPE Subcommittee will elect Co- Chairs to represent this subcommittee at the Stakeholder Committee meetings. One co-chair will have an EMS background and one co-chair will have a Hospital background. Actions: 1) Close nominations. 2) Select nominations for Subcommittee Chairman. 3) Discuss Exhibit 2B Nominees for co-chairs o EMS Nominees Mark Meyer Cindy Osborne o Hospital Nominees Lisa Jackson Lori Terwiliger No additional nominations were given Subcommittee approved to close nominations Subcommittee given until 1:00 pm next day to vote for co-chairs Reviewed co-chair responsibilities, approved as is Each nominee gave a quick background of their experience and qualifications 3. 12:30 CPE Educational Objectives Ben Leonard Exhibit 3A Goals and Responsibilities The goals of this Subcommittee are outlined in Exhibit 3A to use for discussion and decision-making. Action : 1) Review Goals and Responsibilities. 2) Identify MLWY Educational Objectives to present to Jan 30 Stakeholder Meeting. Reviewed the goals and responsibilities of this subcommittee, approved as is Page 2 of 3

5 Subcommittee January 22, 2013 Present a list of objectives to Stakeholder Committee to review for vote Suggested objectives o EMTs familiar with machines o Lead placements o Basic ECG orientation o Basic ECG interpretation o Review sudden cardiac arrest car Several subcommittee members stated they have some materials their organization would be willing to share with the subcommittee Would like to have this educational material out about the same time we plan to distribute equipment, sometime in June Send survey with objectives and have areas for comments to address any issues, this is the Task Force to review objectives o Russ Christiansen o Mark Meyer o Colleen Rodgers o Lori Terwilliger o Cindy Osborne o Rasha Riad 4. 12:50 Review Action Steps and Next Meeting Ben Leonard 1) Co-Chairs will be contacted after the polling has closed to ensure their acceptance of the role. 2) If any follow up is needed for the objectives, a brief meeting will be scheduled towards the end of this week.
