The French without identity, but with freedom to participate and control. Cristiano Trindade de Angelis The numbers of the election shows that the French don't recognize themselves with the candidates and therefore are not represented by the political classes. A country must have identity and the lack of it scares the French people. The French are afraid of being labelled as racist, as nationalists, and even as fascists. According to the Ifop-Fiducial Institute 26% of French people are not going to the polls today because they don't want toparticipate in an election in which they have to decide the least worst. As for the rest, it is important to highlight what found the political scientist and sociologist Nonna Mayer in the article entitled Leclivage gauche-droite ne cesse de s'accentuer: "During the vote, the cultural dimension and the identity weighs more". Despite the loss of identity with the two candidates by the great part of the French population, the candidate of the extreme right, Marine Le Pen, will be defeated because her inclination to rise of fascism in France, a country that has international fame to be "the land of the free to enter, stay and protest". The denunces of corruption and the adoption of a new labour legislation without Legislative approval that states contracts would not be more subordinate neither to the general employment code nor the sector agreements, will not prevent the preference of the population for the current Government's candidate Emmanuel Macron. He representes the majority of the populacion even though the extreme right becames every year stronger.
In the book "Rethinking the French New Right: alternatives to Modernity", Dr. Tamir Bar-On shows that the new French right (nouvelle droite ND in France) never abandoned your desire to crush the revolutionary liberal democracy throughout Europe. According to Dr. Bar-On, the new right party does not accept the political or cultural effects of modernity; and longs for a pan-european political framework abolishing multiculturalism and liberal privileging ethnic dominance of so-called original Europeans. In the quest to keep the liberal democracy Macron preaches a new model and plan of governance for the a new European Union in direction to share knowledge, risks and benefits with the members. On the contrary, with a fascist speech, following the example of her supporters, the American and Russian Presidents Thrump and Putin, Le Pen managed to raise a score in the first round of the election about 7,700,000 votes (21.3% of votes), while your father, when he qualified for the second round in 2012, obtained 4,800,000 (16.8% of the vote). In 1989 your father said: "the Declaration of human rights was the mother of all major totalitarian movements of the 20th century, because very quickly, the aspiration to the humanism and humanitarianism leads to terror." A day after the European Union Member States have signed the Rome Declaration laying down the path of the block for the next decade, in a speech in the city of Lille, the candidate Marine Le Pen shouted "we don't want the immigrants from Merkel". The country will live three major events: the EU's death, the end of wild globalisation and the unmasking of multiculturalism. Marie-France Garaud, former European deputate and voted the most powerful woman of France in 1973, has announced that she will vote in Le Pen today. She believes that Germany tried to tame the European countries, saying "we
are faced with the possibility of a fourth Reich". Complete saying that there is only one possibility of France be free, through the resumption of our freedom. The candidate of the extreme right promises to reduce the deficit and the debt, but doesn't explain how and even exposes reviews about the current collective Pact for stability and growth of the European Union. She just said that will introduce a intelligent protectionism, favoring French companies with public sector contracts, returning to use the franc after a referendum to leave the European Union, and creating a new group with other countries, such as England that made the same decision. Marie Le Pen recently said: "the British economy was never as good as after the British decided to resume your freedom". This doesn't make any sense since it was already predictable a slower consumption growth and the reduction of investments due to uncertainty related to the Brexit. Even though the exit of England will only happen after at least two years of negotiation with the other 27 countries, if we analyze the social and economic situation of England compared with the prior period of its decision to leave European Union, it is clear as a self-centered society can lead to isolation and then the crises in a context that the exchange of solutions are paramount to overcome its crises. In the book "En set avec les idées fausses propagées par l' extrême droite", Pierre-Yves Bulteau clarifies that the old slogan, which links immigration and unemployment, is a lie, but unfortunately our generation grew up with i. It's easier to put the blame on immigrants than finding a solution to the crisis, highlights Bulteau. There is obviously in France a notion that openness to other countries, especially to Africa, in order to even justify the exploitation of natural resources
and the political command of various countries, is the cause of economic and social crisis. Le Pen proposes the extinction of the agreement of Schengen, which allows the free movement of people in 26 States (including 22 of the European Union), limit of immigration for people per year, restoration bordering controls. The new figures released by France s national statistics body INSEE found that in 2015, 7,3 millions de personnes nées en France et résidant en ménages ordinaires (encadré) ont au moins un parent immigré, soit 11 % de la population. In 2013 more than people imigrated to France. If she be elected, the acquisition of the French nationality will be possible only by filiation or naturalization. She will increase the budget for the defense of 2% of the GDP in the first year of the mandate and after that for 3%. She proposes to create 40,000 new prisons and contract more 50,000 military, compelling the women to the militar recruitment. Without any logic, she intends to reduce the pollution to maximize the production in France instead of transport of goods in global level. Meaningless, Le Pen proposes to rationalize the domestic market by diminishing the competition imposed for the foreign workers in France, creating a new tax on contracts with foreingers. In regards to the foreign policy, she proposes to intensify the laces with the Thrump and retaken the relation with Putin. She considers that annexation of Crimeia in 2014 to territory of Russian was not illegal, what suggests that the penalties that were determined for the European Union and the government of Obama against Russia, in the embers of this annexation is not justified. In regards to the therorism, according to the article of Le Monde of , the priority of Marine Le Pen is her fight against communalism. The extreme right candidate proposes to extend the Act of 2004 to remove ostentatious
religious symbols from public space, as well as disciplining of preaching in mosques. To convince of her decision Le Pen boasts "rich self-evaluation" with researchers, managers and foreign State leaders, such as the Russian president, Vladimir Poutine, in mind. In synthesis, the victory of Macrom is better for France and for the world than the victory of Le Pen, but without one strong participation, with social control, the current president s candidate, Emmanuel Macrom, tends to obtain similar results: corruption, economic crisis and terrorism.
