NO LENINIST PARTY IS COMMUNIST PARTY Shah Alam 1

Introduction There are so many Leninist partiers has been working in this world with various tactical line of action including killing of their self-declared class enemy to occupy the state powers but by the claim of all Leninist parties they all are communist party. The Bolshevik party has transferred the name of it as communist after takeover the state power of Russia under the leadership of Lenin by a planed military coup Therefore, there is a belief that the Leninist parties are communist party. Yet, there are so many activists are working with these parties as considering them as communist with good faith to Lenin, though they are not free from dissatisfaction about their respective party bosses. Yet, a section of working class is under the influence of these Leninist parties. Undoubtedly, capitalism will vanish by the existing condition of capital by a communist revolution, which is only job of working class alone. Therefore, unity of workers of the world is the first condition for the emancipation of working class by communism- a society free from exploitation by the common ownership of means of production by disappearing the private ownership. But, it s not possible in one country alone, because, capitalism is a worldwide system. Therefore, a working class party is unavoidable condition to unite the workers of the world to fight against wage slavery to 2

vanish it by vanishing the selling and buying system by vanishing capital by ending the production of commodity to end the class and class rule along with all instruments and weapons including state, political parties etc of class to free the whole human being from all such oppression, man by man, by the communist society a classless society. Thus, a working class party for the same aim is a communist party. So, a communist party is a scientific party to work for a scientific society with communist principle, thereby, a communist party is free from all such unscientific things to consider, care and practice including ideology. Marx has discovered the science of communism, thus, a communist party is for science of communism to consider, care and practice it to determine the course of action of the party. Certainly, a communist party is the party of communists, thus, all are equal and friends in the communist party. But, Leninist parties? No. No Leninist party is party of equal. Rather, Leninist parties are multi-class party with bosses and workers or leaders and followers for Leninism to occupy the state power to control the labour market absolutely by the state ownership of means of production along with politics of state capitalism, claimed democratizations of state and socalled right of self-determination of nations to develop the 3

false national economy by exploiting the wage slaves by producing commodity to accumulate capital for capitalist interest by confusing and dividing the workers of the world by countries and nations, with a discriminatory and undemocratic organizational policy the democratic centralization to ensure the absolute and extreme dictatorship of bosses to rule and oppresse the working class and contenders. So, no Leninist party is communist party, and Lenin was never a communist but servant of capitalist interest by exercising the Leninist politics by founding a state of state capitalism to protect the decayed capitalism but claiming it as socialist state to confuse and cheat the workers of the world. Therefore, yet the moribund capitalism is exist with a so reactionary capitalist class along with all danger by the sufferings from repeated recession- a non-curable disease of capitalism. Though, the disabled capitalist class has founded so many global authorities including IMF, to avoid the recession by controlling the world economy by these syndicates to protect the moribund capitalism, but failed. Thus, the reactionary capitalist class as a whole is suffering from insanity by the heavy load and pressure of the over stock. Thereby, increasing of miseries and hardship of working class, labour unrest, rate of unemployment, bankruptcy, riot, war, or war-war situation or militarilization of politics or exercise of more & more fascist & fundamentalist politics including religion, racism, ethnicity, 4

nationalism, sexism etc nonsense are regular phenomena of the so old capitalism. So, the moribund capitalism with such anarchy by the revolt of new and newer means of production against the capitalist relation is not safe, secure and suitable even for capitalist class to live. Therefore, there is no reason to survive and continue the moribund capitalism. But, workers of the world are not united to demolish the capitalist society by vanishing the capitalist class by vanishing the wage slavery by ending the selling and buying by ending the production of commodity to vanish the capital by vanishing the private property, by the united forceful action of workers of the world. Thus, a communist party is not only necessity but also unavoidable condition to unite the workers of the world for the same aim and objects. So, emergence of a communist party is a historical necessity. Therefore, it s a historical necessity to unmask the ugly face of Lenin and Leninist bosses, and thereby, it s so important to reveal the cheating, forgery and falsifications of Leninist parties as communist party to rebuild the communist movement to form a communist party to unite the workers of the world to work for a communist revolution for communism. No doubt, no ideology or no capitalist party is helpful for the working class rather, all such nonsense and rubbishes are dangerous and harmful for the working class. But, Leninism, 5

among the all customary ideologies is the most dangerous and Leninist parties are the most harmful party for the working class Thus, its need to public the misdeeds and crimes of Lenin, Leninist bosses, and Leninist parties against working class. So, it s a historical necessity to mark and indentify factually and scientifically that the Leninist parties are not communist but reactionary capitalist party, to form a communist party to fight against all nonsense customary belief and faith to Lenin and Leninist parties to work to free the whole working class from the dangerous influence and suicidal illusion of Leninism-the corruption of science of communism by rejecting and abandoning the poisonous Leninism and reactionary Leninist parties. Our effort by publishing this book is to work for the same purpose. Any such cooperation from anti-capitalist to determine and marking our mistakes or errors including grammatical to improve the standard of this book is cordially invited on the basis of scientific communism. But, no Leninist version is welcomed and considerable. Shah Alam Dhaka, 18 th August,

NO LENINIST PARTY IS COMMUNIST PARTY There are so many Leninist parties and groups in the Leninist camp. But, all the Leninist parties are communist party by their claim. But, is it fact? No. Because, there are a lot of reasons. Some of these reasons we will mention to prove the falsification of such false claim of the Leninist parties as bellow. But, the narrated each and every cause is independently enough to prove that the Leninist party is not at all communist party. [1] Unity of workers of the world is the first condition and united action of the leading civilized countries at least is one of the first conditions for the emancipation of the workers by the description of the Manifesto of the communist party. Therefore, a global party of working class is unavoidable condition to materialize the above mentioned conditions. Thereby, a communist party is a party to do the same. So, a communist party is a global party. But, Leninist parties are not global party. Thus, no Leninist party have scope to do the so. So, no Leninist party is communist party. 7

[2] Working class is one, the exploiter of working class is capitalist class is one, the cause of miseries of working class is same and one that is the capitalist private property, the condition for the emancipation of working class is one, thereby, the aim of working class is one to win freedom by freeing the whole human being by ending the private property by ending the wage slavery by ending the class and class rule therefore, the party of working class is a party to unite the workers of the world to fight against capitalist class by fighting against wage slavery to end it by a communist revolution to conquer the socialist society for their emancipation is a single one party. Therefore, a working class party is a communist party to do the same. Thus, not so many but a single party is a communist party to conquer the communism. So, a communist party is a single one party. But, Leninist parties are a combination of different classes to serve the interest of private property including claimed nationalist and patriot capitalist. Noted, competition, contest, contradiction, conflict and division etc are so common and general character of private property holders for their sectarian interest, originated from the private property. Therefore, Leninist parties are not free from all such heinous character of private property holders thereby, inner-conflict and division of the Leninist parties are not only common but also an inherited characteristic but unavoidable consequence of the self-action of these parties by the terms and conditions of Leninist politics to serve the private property holders including reactionary peasants. Thus, there is no such Leninist party which is free from division, in general. 8

Therefore, there are so many Leninist parties by the same reason and cause. Thus, no Leninist party is working for the same aim to vanish the capitalist exploiters for the emancipation of the exploited working class. So, no Leninist party is communist party. [ 3 ] A communist party have no interest separate and apart from those of wage slave as a whole by the description of the manifesto of the communist party. Therefore, a communist party is a party to serve and protect the interest of the working class alone. Thus, a communist party is a party for the interest of working class. So, a communist party have nothing to do except serving the interest of the working class. But, Leninist parties have interest for so many fractions of middle class including reactionary peasants. Therefore, Leninist parties are working to serve the interest of multiclasses. Thus, no Leninist party is the party of working class interest. So, no Leninist party is communist party. [ 4 ] The communist manifesto has described as rightly as is: The weapons with which the bourgeoisie felled feudalism to the ground are now turned against the bourgeoisie itself. But not only has the bourgeoisie forged the weapons that bring death to itself; it has also called into existence the men who are to 9

wield those weapons the modern working class the proletarians. Therefore, a communist party is not only necessary but an unavoidable condition to unite the workers of the world to confirm the death of the capitalist class. Thus, a communist party is a party of only working class to do the same. So, a communist party is a class party But, a Leninist party is a combination of various classes along with, peasants etc. Thus, a Leninist party is not a class but multi-class party. So, no Leninist party is communist party. [5 ] A communist party is a party to unite the workers of the world for a communist revolution to end : Wage slavery; Selling and buying; Commodity; Capital; Exploitation; Antagonism; Private ownership of the means of production with right of inheritance; Corruption; Crime; Punishment; Violence; Killing; War; Disparity and discrimination among the human being; Nationality; Ethnicity; Creeds; Ideologies; Traditional cultures and customs; Cultism; Worship; Heroism; Unscientific and capitalist education system; Sexism; Class and class rule; All parasitic and exploitative organizations including state, UN, IMF etc; And politics, for the emancipation and freedom of all to do anything including love and union freely, and all adults will try to win the nature including body by defying the death by developing the all such required modern and sophisticated instruments and technologies for a most modern and comfortable lives for all. 10

But, all Leninist parties are working to unite the workers, peasants and so-called nationalist of a particular geographical territories for a national democratic/ new democratic/ people's democratic revolution to capture the state power to build the so-called national and self-dependent economy to liberate the nations which is a poetic, romantic, and emotional but false and bogus political propaganda to provoke and deceived the workers to join with such movements for capitalist interest to increase the volume of capital by increasing the rate of exploitation by the absolute & extreme control over the labour market by the state ownership of means of production and dictatorial state power exercised by the extreme & extreme dictators by oppressing and overpowering the wage slaves and contenders by the brutal actions of the arms forces to serve all elites including political. Therefore, no Leninist party is against: Wage slavery; Commodity; Capital; Exploitation; Corruption; Crime: Punishment; Violence: Killing; War; Traditional cultures and customs; Cultism; Worship: Ideologies; Discrimination; Politics and state. Thus, Leninist parties are working to serve and protect the capitalist society for the capitalist interest but not working class for the emancipation of the workers of the world for freedom of all. So, no Leninist party is communist party. [ 6 ] A communist party is a global party to communicate the relevant news and information of the movements of workers of the world to coordinate and develop the movements of workers to fight against wage slavery by fighting capitalist 11

class and to gear-up & speed-up the workers movement globally to replace the capitalist system- a global system by another global system-the communism by the forceful action of the workers of the world. Therefore, a communist party is a store of information and news of movements of workers of the world. Thus, a communist party is a party to collect and circulate the news & views and information of the movements of workers of the world. So, a communist party is the source of all required information for the communist movement. But, Leninist parties are not working for such aim and objects; and they have no scope to unite the workers of the world for a communist revolution as because they are working either locally or nationally but not globally. Moreover, they are not fighting against wage slavery rather, Leninist parties are working to help and support the claimed nationalist capitalists to accumulate national capital to develop a claimed self-dependent national economy, as if the so-called national capital is not the unpaid labour therefore, the capital is not the fruit of exploitation and thereby the socalled nationalist capitalists are not the exploiter of wage slaves by buying their labour power. How funny! In fact Leninist parties are not interested to fight against wage slavery to vanish it. Thus, Leninist parties are free from such duty and task to inform and communicate the news and information of movement of workers of the world ; And it s not their agenda to inform such news of workers movement against wage slavery, globally to speed-up the global movement of workers. Even, they have no such scope to do the same because of their limitation by the limit of Leninist politics. Thus, no Leninist party is the store of information of the movements of workers of the world. 12

So, no Leninist party is communist party. [ 7 ] About the range of the communist revolution, The Principles of Communism by F.Engels has described as is : 19 Will it be possible for this revolution to take place in one country alone? No. By creating the world market, big industry has already brought all the peoples of the Earth, and especially the civilized peoples, into such close relation with one another that none is independent of what happens to the others. Further, it has co-ordinated the social development of the civilized countries to such an extent that, in all of them, bourgeoisie and proletariat have become the decisive classes, and the struggle between them the great struggle of the day. It follows that the communist revolution will not merely be a national phenomenon but must take place simultaneously in all civilized countries that is to say, at least in England, America, France, and Germany. It will develop in each of these countries more or less rapidly, according as one country or the other has a more developed industry, greater wealth, a more significant mass of productive forces. Hence, it will go slowest and will meet most obstacles in Germany, most rapidly and with the fewest difficulties in England. It will have a 13

powerful impact on the other countries of the world, and will radically alter the course of development which they have followed up to now, while greatly stepping up its pace. It is a universal revolution and will, accordingly, have a universal range. Therefore, its very much clear that the communist revolution is not possible in one country alone by the above statement too. Because, the capitalist society is a global society thus, the replacement of capitalism by socialism is not possible in one country alone. So, the communist revolution to vanish the capitalist society is not possible in one country thereby, it is neither local nor national but a global event imposed by the reactionary capitalist class. Thus, a communist party is neither local nor national but a global party to work for a communist revolution by the workers of the world for communism by vanishing the capitalist society. Thus, a communist party have no agenda except the communist revolution. So, a communist party is a communist revolutionary party. But, Leninist parties are working for their claimed national democratic, new democratic or people s democratic revolution to establish the so-called socialism in one country alone, by grabbing the state power by any way even by the military coup, what did the Bolshevik party under the leadership of Lenin at Russia. 14

Therefore, no Leninist party is working for a communist revolution to end the wage slavery by replacing the capitalist society by socialism. Thus, Leninist parties are working against communist revolution by practicing the Leninist politics. So, no Leninist party is communist party. [ 8 ] A communist party is a party of communists to work for a society- free from discrimination among the human being thus, the communist party is free from disparity among the members of it. So, all members of the communist party are equal with a lovely and sweet friendly relation. But, Leninist parties are the party with some claimed great leaders, great teachers, great heroes, great saviors, etc & etc, as like as Lenin, Trotsky, Stalin, Mao. Ho-Chi, Che, Kim, Hoxa, Fidel etc & etc with a leader-follower or savoir distressed or teacher-disciple relation; And even, Leninist parties are not free from personal cult and cultism thus, there is discrimination and disparity among the members of the Leninist parties.. Therefore, Leninist parties are not the party of equal with a lovely and sweet friendly relation to work for a discrimination free society. Thus, Leninist parties are working to protect the discriminatory things including cultism. So, no Leninist party is communist party. 15

[ 9 ] The communist League was formed to unite the workers of the world to over throw the capitalist class into the air for the emancipation of the workers of the world. Therefore, the aim of the communist league has described in its rules, as is : Art. 1. The aim of the League is the overthrow of the bourgeoisie, the rule of the proletariat, the abolition of the old bourgeois society which rests on the antagonism of classes, and the foundation of a new society without classes and without private property. But, no Leninist party have such aim to abolish the old bourgeois society the foundation of a new society without classes and without private property. Therefore, Leninist parties are not working by the same aim of the Communist League. Thus, Leninist parties are not working to abolish the capitalist society by the new societysocialism. So, no Leninist party is communist party. [ 10 ] The First International Working Men's Association has described in its rules as is : Considering, That the emancipation of the working classes must be conquered by the working classes themselves, that the 16

struggle for the emancipation of the working classes means not a struggle for class privileges and monopolies, but for equal rights and duties, and the abolition of all class rule; That the economical subjection of the man of labor to the monopolizer of the means of labor that is, the source of life lies at the bottom of servitude in all its forms, of all social misery, mental degradation, and political dependence; That the economical emancipation of the working classes is therefore the great end to which every political movement ought to be subordinate as a means; That all efforts aiming at the great end hitherto failed from the want of solidarity between the manifold divisions of labor in each country, and from the absence of a fraternal bond of union between the working classes of different countries; That the emancipation of labor is neither a local nor a national, but a social problem, embracing all countries in which modern society exists, and depending for its solution on the concurrence, practical and theoretical, of the most advanced countries; That the present revival of the working classes in the most industrious countries of Europe, while it raises a new hope, gives solemn warning against a relapse into the old errors, and calls for the immediate combination of the still disconnected movements; For these reasons 17

The International Working Men's Association has been founded. Therefore, its very much clear that the emancipation of working class is the job of only working class, by the said rules of the IWMA. Thus, no other except working class is revolutionary class. So, question does not arise to conquer the communism by the peasants or nationalist or patriot or military the legal professionals to kill, destroy etc by the order of the political executives to serve the parasitic interest of the ruling class but they are not fit to consider as the member of citizens to enjoy even the fundamental rights described by the capitalist constitution to form a capitalist state. Even, if we agreed that there is languagestic error or limitation in relation to a few words of this statement of the said rules of the 1 st International, but in general its ok. Thus, a communist party is not free from the same declaration by following and caring the said statement to work globally to form the working class as a class for their emancipation. So, a communist party is a party to care the mentioned rules to work for the same aim and object. But, no Leninist party has formed for the same aim and object with the same or similar declaration to work. Therefore, Leninist parties are working by denying and ignoring such important rules of the IWMA to serve the capitalist interest. Thus, Leninist parties are not working for the emancipation of the working class by communism. So, no Leninist party is communist party. 18

[ 11 ] Undoubtedly, all ideologies, creeds, religions etc, originated from the private property will disappear by the disappearance of capitalist society based on private property. Therefore, the communist society is a scientific society by ending the all such creeds, ideologies etc. thus, science the code of creation is the practicing principle of the communist society to know the science, to understand the science, to care the science and to practice the science for the scientific development of society thereby, all are scientist in the communist society. Therefore, a communist party is a party to work for a scientific society. Thus, a communist party is a scientific party. So, the practicing principle of the communist party is science but not ideology. Noted, Marx did not produce any such ideology but he discovered the science of communism. But, Leninist parties have been working on the basis of Leninism- an ideology. Mao thought, Ho-Chi Min thought, Hoxa thought, Juche idea of KIM, etc all are ideology. Noted, Manu, Mosses, Confucius etc were the producer of so many ideologies to teach their disciples to build their respective nations to serve the parasitic interest of masters and lords and their beneficiaries. No doubt, followed by them Lenin, Trotsky, Stalin, Mao, Kim etc no one is free from such claim to produce such nonsense ideologies to teach their disciples as they were marked as great teacher, guide, leader, etc & etc by the declaration, rules and laws of their respective parties and states as like as Mosses, Manu, Confucius etc. Sure, some 19

bosses of the Leninist parties were marked by so many titles as great and extra-ordinary by the national anthem and constitutions of their respective parties and states as Mosses, Manu etc were marked. Therefore, Leninist parties are not for science of communism but working on the basis of ideology. Thus, Leninist parties are not working to end the ideologies to win the scientific society. So, no Leninist party is communist party. [ 12 ] The communist manifesto has described so rightly that: Of all the classes that stand face to face with the bourgeoisie today, the proletariat alone is a really revolutionary class. The other classes decay and finally disappear in the face of Modern Industry; the proletariat is its special and essential product. The lower middle class, the small manufacturer, the shopkeeper, the artisan, the peasant, all these fight against the bourgeoisie, to save from extinction their existence as fractions of the middle class. They are therefore not revolutionary, but conservative. Nay more, they are reactionary, for they try to roll back the wheel of history. Therefore, its very much clear from the above quotation that the peasants are not only conservative but also reactionary; and the working class alone is revolutionary to replace the capitalist society by communism. 20

So, a communist party is not the party of reactionary peasants or any reactionary forces by taking account the above mentioned statement of the communist manifesto about the role of the classes of the capitalist society. Thus, a communist party is only a working class party for a communist revolution to vanish the reactionary classes for communism. But, the Leninist parties are the party of reactionary peasants too, with one of instruments of peasants the scythe as one of the signs of the symbol of the party. Therefore, Leninist parties are not revolutionary but reactionary party along with such symbol and the political programs of the reactionary peasants by the standard of the communist manifesto. Noted, the fruit of union of a Horse and Ass is nothing but a Mule; Therefore, a Leninist party with combination of reactionary peasants and revolutionary working class is nothing but a so reactionary force to create disturbance and obstacle to the transformation of the capitalist society into communist by their reactionary jobs. Thus, Leninist parties are reactionary party by ignoring and denying the communist manifesto without any explanation or publishing any document by proving wrong the communist manifesto about the role of the classes. So, no Leninist party is communist party. [ 13 ] The Capitalist society is a global society thus it s a single one society and currently ruled by the IMF- the controller of the world economy, founded by the winners of the 2 nd world war 21

including Leninist boss Stalin to serve the capitalist interest to protect the moribund capitalism. But, Leninist parties has been determining their tactics of war by denying and ignoring the global net of capitalist society by a false and artificial concept of existence of different societies in this capitalist world ruled by the different classes in different countries or geographical territories by the basis of Leninism. Even, the CPSU did not hesitate to distort the CAPITAL by K. Marx to justify its such misdeeds. Certainly, a communist party is a party to work on the basis of facts of statement of the societies including capitalismproducer of all necessary tools and weapons including working class to vanish the capitalist mode of production by a communist revolution. Sure, the Communist League has described the condition of the capitalist society as an old bourgeois society to replace it by the new society- communism by taking account the factual statement of Marx and Engels about the range and condition of the capitalist society. Certainly sure, now the capitalist society is in moribund condition thereby, its under the intensive care of the some global agencies including the IMF. Therefore, a communist party have no scope except considering the present condition of the capitalist society with a disabled but reactionary capitalist class to determine the tactics and course of action of the party to fight against all the controlling authorities including IMF, UN etc of the capitalism. So, a communist party is a party to work on the 22

basis of factual statement of the society along with current condition. But, Leninist parties are working on the basis of the false statement of Lenin and other Leninist bosses including Mao, about the capitalist society to serve the capitalist interest by creating confusion about capitalist society too. Therefore. Leninist parties are not considering the facts of current world economy ruled by the IMF, rather, they are trying to hide the real conditions of capitalism by their tactical line of actions for so-called national democratic or people s democratic etc false revolution, thereby, they are working for the capitalism but not communism. Thus, Leninist parties are capitalist party. So, no Leninist party is communist party. [ 14 ] Capitalism is the foundation of socialism the replacement of capitalism by social/commune/ common ownership of means of production. Thus, there is no Great Wall of China between socialism and communism, moreover meaning of both the terms is same. But, Leninist parties has been marking and determining an artificial difference between socialism and communism by claiming that the state capitalism is socialism and such Leninist socialism is the foundation of Leninist communism, which is totally lie, false and bogus. 23

Therefore, Leninist parties are for such lie to create the confusion among the wage slaves of the world to provoke and hypnotized them to create an illusion among the working class to work for a Leninist state as considering such Leninist state as socialism. Noted, if the Leninist version about socialism and communism is right then the number one article of the rules of the communist league, is wrong, what we have mentioned earlier. But, no doubt, not the mentioned article of the rules of communist league but the fabricated Leninist version on socialism and communism is not only wrong but also false. A communist party is a party to work for communism/socialism a new society by the replacement of old capitalist society but not for any such Leninist state or socialist society between capitalism and communism. But, Leninist parties has been working for such nonsense Leninist socialism the foundation of so-called communism by such false statement of Leninist politics on such false socialism and bogus communism. Thus, Leninist parties are not working for communism. So, no Leninist party is communist party. [15 ] From that time forward, Socialism was no longer an accidental discovery of this or that ingenious brain, but the necessary outcome of the struggle between two historically developed classes the proletariat and the bourgeoisie. - F.Engels, Socialism: Utopian and Scientific. 24

Therefore, its very much clear that the socialism is the outcome of the contradiction of the capitalist and working class by the above mentioned statement of F.Engels. Thereby, socialism is a historical fact by the historical consequence of the antagonism of capitalist and working class by the by born condition of the capital. In fact, socialism is the historical consequence of capitalist society by the existing conditions of capital, thus communism is inevitable by the historical defeat of capitalist class by the working class by the historical consequence of capital. So, communism is not the discovery of this or that ingenious brain like Lenin or Trotsky, or Stalin or Mao, and undoubtedly, socialism is not the product of some extraordinary men or its not the result of some heroic jobs of some claimed heroes or its not the effect of teaching of some claimed great teachers or its not the outcome of the claimed great jobs of some so-called great leaders. Rather, workers have need a communist party, but not so-called great leader or teacher to lead and teach them to work for their emancipation. But, Leninist boss Stalin said that Lenin was born for the Russian socialist revolution and the political system of the USSR was the discovery of Lenin from his ever talented brain ; And more or less all Leninist parties has acknowledged that the extra-ordinary and great leaders like Lenin, Trotsky, Stalin, Mao, Ho-Chi, Kim. Hoxa, Fidel, Che etc are essential to win socialism. Thus, they has been denying and ignoring the revolutionary role of the working class to win the socialism even by ignoring the above statement of F.Engels too. 25

Therefore, a communist party is a party to work for the outcome of the struggle between two historically developed classes the proletariat and the bourgeoisie. But, Leninist parties are working to build the Leninist state by the heroic action of the so -called extra-ordinary and great leaders like Lenin, Trotsky, Mao etc. Therefore, Leninist parties are not for the revolutionary jobs of working class to win socialism but for some so-called heroes or teachers or leaders to occupy the state power. Thus, Leninist parties are not for the outcome of the struggle between two historically developed classes the proletariat and the bourgeoisie. So, no Leninist party is communist party. [ 16 ] The communist revolution is nothing but the culmination of the contradiction of the sellers and buyers of labour power of the world to solve the contradiction of sellers and buyers of labour power. So, outcome of the contradiction of the sellers and buyers of labour power of the world is the socialization of means of production by vanishing the private ownership of means of production-the cause of contradiction of sellers and buyers of labour power, and that is the communism. Thus, communism and communist revolution both are unavoidable and inevitable by the condition of contradiction of the sellers and buyers of labour power of the world to solve it to end the antagonism. Because, capital it-self is the cause of contradiction among the sellers and buyers of labour 26

power; Because, capital is nothing but the unpaid labour, thus, as a buyer of labour power to produce commodity to accumulate the capital the capitalist class is exploiter and working class the seller of labour power is exploited, therefore, there is contradiction among the sellers and buyers of labour power by the condition of capital, thereby, capitalism has no scope to solve the contradiction of capitalist class and working class. Thus, class struggle is unavoidable condition of the capitalist society. Therefore, as a working class party, a communist party is a party to work for the class struggle to strengthen it to solve the contradiction of the sellers and buyers of labour power of the world by a communist revolution. So, a communist party is a party of class struggle for a communist revolution to end the class and class struggle for ever. But, no Leninist party has acknowledge or care such reality of communist revolution. Or, no Leninist party is the party of class struggle to strengthen the working class struggle against capitalist class for a communist revolution the culmination of class struggle to end the class and class struggle by the communist society. Therefore, Leninist parties are not for the solution of contradiction of sellers and buyers of labour power to serve the capitalist interest. Thus, Leninist parties are not working for the interest of working class to end the miseries of working class by ending the contradiction of sellers and buyers of labour power of the world by a communist revolution. So, no Leninist party is communist party. 27

[ 17 ] Division of workers of the world is helpful for the capitalist class but it s so harmful for the workers thus, any such policy to divide the workers of the world is against working class interest. Therefore, the capitalist class has been creating so many policies to divide the workers of the world to protect the capitalist class from its disappearance by the historical consequence of capitalism by communism. A communist party is a party to work to fight to vanish all such harmful polices to dive the working class, introduced by the capitalist class to unite the workers of the world to make sure the historical consequence of capitalist class by the working class. But, the Leninist politics are for the so-called right of selfdetermination, which is so useful and effective to divide the workers by nation and country. Even, this politics is effective to hypnotize the workers with such nonsense but emotional poetic concept of patriotism to ignore and disown the own class interest and class identity of working class to win the so-called national liberation to accumulate national capital for national development by serving the local capitalist but without pay for participating in the that harmful movement for working class. Therefore, Leninist parties are working for serving the capitalist interest by dividing and confusing the workers.thus, Leninist parties are working to protect the capitalist mode of production by practicing the politics of socalled self-determination of nations. So, no Leninist party is communist party. 28

[ 18 ] A Communist party has acknowledged that the colonial policy was the integral part of capitalist development by defeating the self-defendant but so poor local economy. Thus, colonial policy was a progressive policy, has practiced by the revolutionary capitalist class. Sure, the colonial policy has lost its utility when the capitalism has become old thereby, the reactionary capitalist class has ended the practice of the said policy by founding the some global authorities including the IMF to serve the capitalist interest globally. Therefore, there are so many new states has founded but not out of control of the IMF and other global authorities by the effect of ending the practice of colonial policy. Noted, founding members of the IMF were 51 including British ruled India, but now 198. But, Leninist parties are against colonial policy by practicing the politics of so-called self-determination right of nations. Therefore, Leninist parties has been taking even the side of the reactionary forces, defeated by the revolutionary capitalist class to fight against the colonial rulers by declaring the country of the colonial rulers as enemy of national development by denying the historical facts of capitalist development by the manufacturing such fabricated and false stories about the past and so-called independent national economy under the global net of capitalism. Noted, the communist manifesto has described as is: 29

The need of a constantly expanding market for its products chases the bourgeoisie over the entire surface of the globe. It must nestle everywhere, settle everywhere, and establish connections everywhere. The bourgeoisie has through its exploitation of the world market given a cosmopolitan character to production and consumption in every country. To the great chagrin of reactionists, it has drawn from under the feet of industry the national ground on which it stood. All old-established national industries have been destroyed or are daily being destroyed. They are dislodged by new industries, whose introduction becomes a life and death question for all civilised nations, by industries that no longer work up indigenous raw material, but raw material drawn from the remotest zones; industries whose products are consumed, not only at home, but in every quarter of the globe. In place of the old wants, satisfied by the production of the country, we find new wants, requiring for their satisfaction the products of distant lands and climes. In place of the old local and national seclusion and self-sufficiency, we have intercourse in every direction, universal inter-dependence of nations. And as in material, so also in intellectual production. The intellectual creations of individual nations become common property. National one-sidedness and narrow-mindedness become more and more impossible, and from the numerous national and local literatures, there arises a world literature. The bourgeoisie, by the rapid improvement of all instruments of production, by the immensely facilitated means of communication, draws all, even the most barbarian, nations into civilisation. The cheap prices of commodities are the heavy artillery with which it batters down all Chinese walls, 30

with which it forces the barbarians intensely obstinate hatred of foreigners to capitulate. It compels all nations, on pain of extinction, to adopt the bourgeois mode of production; it compels them to introduce what it calls civilisation into their midst, i.e., to become bourgeois themselves. In one word, it creates a world after its own image. Therefore, the revolutionary practice of the colonial policy by the revolutionary capitalist class has made the capitalist world by defeating all backward and local but poor economic systems. No doubt, defeat of local and backward economy along with privileged and beneficiaries from the mentioned defeated economies was quite normal and natural by the advanced capitalist economy and revolutionary capitalist class. But, Leninist parties has been ignoring the communist manifesto to deny the historical facts to ignore the range of capitalist society and the conditions of nations under the global net of capitalist society. Therefore, Leninist parties has been creating wrong concept, false ideas, and misunderstanding about the capitalist society to hide the exploitation of local or native capitalist to serve the moribund capitalism. Thus, Leninist parties are working against working class. So, no Leninist party is communist party. [ 19 ] The capitalist society has become old before the communist manifesto has public. Therefore, the capitalist class has lost its ability to rule the society. Thus, there is anarchy and 31

anarchy so, the capitalist class has been sufferings from insanity by the fear of losing their private properties by incurable disease of capitalism the recession, the result of over production by the conditions of existing conditions of capital- (1) Reproduction: And (2) Circulation. But, the capitalist class is not ready to acknowledge the historical consequence of it by the disappearance of capital by the working class, thus, the capitalist class has been trying to roll back the wheel of history by protecting the moribund capitalism by anyhow including rejecting the colonial policy by founding the UN, WB, IMF etc global agencies and authorities by losing the independency of states by introducing the politics of globalization. Thus, states are defunct under the rule of the global syndicates so, nation state is dead and thereby democracy is dead under the rule of the global authorities since founding the such global agencies. Therefore, the disabled capitalist class is not only conservative but also reactionary for its such failed efforts by committing so many crimes against humanity including 2 world wars to protect the decayed capitalism now at death bed so, capitalism is in moribund condition with all forms of anarchy and autocracy along with serious insanity of reactionary capitalist class. But, yet its exist. Because, there is no communist party to unite the workers of the world by considering such real conditions of the moribund capitalism with all such organizations including the IMF the mightiest syndicate of the world, to fight against reactionary capitalist class to disappear it. 32

But, Leninist parties are working for national state to develop the national economy by the state capitalism but not considering the reality by acknowledging the rule of the IMF. Therefore, Leninist parties are trying to hide the existing conditions of the moribund capitalism to serve the capitalist interest by spreading wrong, false and miss-information about the condition of capitalism along with the rule of the IMF to confuse the working class by their politics of so-called democratic state for all people of the respective state, ruled by the Leninist party as an independent state, which is totally lie and bogus. Thus, Leninist parties are trying to protecting the moribund capitalism along with IMF and defunct states. So, no Leninist party is communist party. [ 20 ] Undoubtedly, state will disappear by the disappearance of classes by the disappearance of private property. As because, state has originated from the private property to protect the interest of private property holders as their strongest and powerful class instrument and weapon to oppress and overpowering the slaves. Records shows that the first Kingdom has founded by the founder of the Pharaoh Dynasty as a state about 3150 BC at Egypt. But, the first state with elected executives was formed at Greece by reducing the hereditary, and life long chief magistracy ( ARCHON) with a historical advancement by c BC; by 753 BC this had become a decennial, elected Archonship; and finally by 683BC an annual elected Archonship. 33

Therefore, the history of state is not ever long since the birth of human being. Noted, age of human being is not less than 2oo thousands years but the history of state is not more than 5,500 years. Thus, it s very simple that there is no reason to remain exist the state without private property as a repressive and oppressive machine of private property holders. Because, there is no utility of state in the classless society. Therefore, a communist party is a party to work for such actions of working class to disappear the state by disappearing the classes by disappearing the capitalist private property. But, Leninist parties are working to construct the new and new states by dividing the old but defunct states by the politics of national liberation along with new democracy with state ownership. Therefore, Leninist parties are not against state. Certainly, they are creating confusion about the function and role of the state including its origin to oppress the others as a powerful but so effective machine to overpowering the ruled classes and contenders of rulers `. Therefore, state is nothing but a powerful oppressive machine for the interest of ruling class thereby, state is never a well-fear organization for all or state is never for all. Thus, the disappearance of state is the condition of freedom of all. But, Leninist parties are not working for a stateless society rather, creating the illusion for a new state for all people with the Leninist party in power. So, no Leninist party is communist party. 34

[ 21 ] Currently the yearly cost and expenditure of defunct states of the world under the role of the IMF is not less than 29% of total income of the world. But, the cost and expenditure of state is nothing but a part of surplus-value, produce by the wage slaves. So, maintaining a state by the cost of surplus-value is nothing but maintain a oppressive machine by exploiting the workers. Thus, if there is state, there is exploitation. But, socialist society is free from exploitation. So, there is no scope to maintain a state in socialism. Therefore, the communist manifesto has rightly described as is: In place of the old bourgeois society, with its classes and class antagonisms, we shall have an association, in which the free development of each is the condition for the free development of all. Therefore, not state but with an association of all by all for the free development of all of the world is socialism. So, a communist party is a party to work for the same association of all of the world to coordinate and communicate the required information and production for all of the world by vanishing the all instruments and weapons of ruling classes, originated from the private property, including state, thereby, there is no such organization to limit or harm the freedom of anyone in socialism. 35

But, Leninist parties are working to grab or form a state to establish Leninist socialism, which is nothing but, state capitalism. Therefore, Leninist parties has been denying the communist manifesto by practicing the Leninist politics of state capitalism to maintain a state by exploiting the wage slaves. Thereby, Leninist parties are working to maintain the exploitative system. Thus, Leninist parties are working against working class and communism by practicing the politics to maintain state. So, no Leninist party is communist party. [22] No Leninist party has acknowledge any other Leninist party as Leninist except the party own. But, all the Leninist parties have acknowledged that the USSR, founded by the Bolshevik party, under the leadership of Lenin, was the first socialist state. Traditional capitalist leaders are also in the same line to sing the same songs. Therefore, there is a customary truth that the USSR was a socialist as like as the customary truth is as the Sun rise and sunset. Sure, its visible truth too, but not fact thus, it s not true, that the sun is rising. Because, the Earth is orbiting in its axis around the Sun and the Sun is also orbiting in its own axis. So, there is no scope to rise the Sun according to Geo- Centrism - a false view of the unscientific and ignored but politically motivated people about the solar system, those were not free from bad intention and ill motive to justify the authority of masters and lords by the divine right from the 36
